The condo complex has a large pool, hot tub, elevator, only 28 units and is centrally located. Pool and hot tub is scheduled to be open from May 1 to October 15. In minutes you can walk to the beach, DQ, Redbox, Food Lion or various restaurants / bars. When inside the condo, you can get into vacation mode by having access to smart TVs or taking advantage of the many games, movies or other items provided. The fresh condo is light and airy with high ceilings. The kitchen is well stocked for large groups and cooking. When not enjoying multiple smart TVs or relaxing inside, the secured storage shed under the unit will provide you the items you need outside. Multiple beach chairs, boogie boards, skim board, bocce ball set, kids shovels / buckets,, pickleball equipment and kayak are available for use. The unit provides parking under the condo and is conveniently located near the elevator. The large covered deck overlooks the pool and does not have ocean view. If you want to venture out, tennis courts, pickleball courts, miniature golf, a skate board park and public park are less than a mile away. The public Oak Island Golf Club is 3 miles away. There is no thru-street on our side of the complex, so it is safe and quiet and there is a path directly to the beach. Condo has keyless access. Our goal is to keep the condo looking and feeling new so NO PETS and NO SMOKING are allowed. We have owned and rented the unit with agencies for over 10 years and decided to try VRBO in 2020.
