The Neighborhood -

This centrally-located "old town" home is just a 3-4 minute walk to Main Street or Town Lift. It has been meticulously renovated and beautifully furnished. It's just 200 feet to ski-in access at the end of the street.

The Space -

3 level home sleeps 9:
Upstairs- master bedroom and bathroom upstairs
Main Level-Living/dining/kitchen (open concept), small deck with BBQ and, bathroom with shower and washer and dryer.
Garden Level/walk out basement - Bedroom and bathroom with walk out to small backyard.

Fully stocked kitchen including blender, crockpot, Drip coffee maker and French Press.
*Salt, Pepper and Oil provided. Other spices and condiments will be available, but not guaranteed.
*Local start of coffee will be provided.

Living room has 50 inch tv with streaming and large sectional (queen sleeper sofa). Small dining room table in seats 5 at stools.

Upstairs bedroom offers queen sized bed (with luxury linens) and a queen sleeper sofa. There is a 42 inch TV with streaming and a small desk as well as an en suite bathroom *Separated by a floor, but there is no door

Downstairs bedroom offers queen sized bed, luxury linens and a day bed. There is a 42 inch tv and en suite bathroom.

This unit comes with one parking space, but is also walking distance to main street and just steps away from the free city bus system.

This condo offers a large outdoor hot tub that is shared with the neighboring house.

*For Ski-out/Ski-in access, walk out of house, turn left on Norfolk and walk 90 seconds to Town ski run and ski down to Town Lift
For Ski-in, Take Creole or Quit'n Time to intersection with Town Run and immediately start looking for your "exit" to the left on to Norfolk Avenue. Walk home and enjoy the hot tub.

We have been coming to PC for years and this was a first venture staying in Old Town. The house was great. We walked over to the Town Lift each morning and headed out for the day. If the snow had been better, I would have ventured home for lunch as well. The house was so comfortable. Stocked well and everything was in working order. The main bedrooms are spaced out and you feel like you have your own space to relax. The hotub, just steps out the door was piping hot and wonderful after a long day on the slopes. The owner reached out the first evening we arrived to make sure all was well. It was nice to have that contact at the beginning of the trip! Beds slept great and kitchen was awesome. Thanks again!

Amazing location!

Such a great house! Only minutes from the slope leading to town lift as well as downtown. The owners were immediately responsive to any questions I had prior to my trip and even checked in with me on the first day to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean, updated and nicely decorated and it was perfect for our two couples. The hot tub was spacious enough for 6-8 people and was great to enjoy after a long day of skiing. Highly recommend this property!

Spring break vaca

We had 5 people in our group. Three teen boys and my husband and myself. This property was walking distance from a lift and also main St. the house was three levels with enough sleeping space on the bottom floor for the teen boys to have their own space and the top floor the master. There is washer/dryer which was great to have and a hot tub that’s shared with another property but we never saw them. I would have preferred a king bed in the master bedroom but other than that it was a great place to stay.

Book this place - you won’t regret it!

My wife and I rented this place for 4 days and we truly have never been so pleasantly surprised by a rental home before (we’ve been to many). This rental exceeded our expectations in every single way and we felt so at home! It was so clean and tidy. The kitchen is very well equipped that my wife even baked a cake and we made dinner at home every night we were here. It is BEAUTIFULLY renovated and decorated and the host has thought of every single detail down to having enough laundry pods for the week, multiple trash bags on hand and paper towels for the kitchen etc. Just everything was perfect! The beds are so comfortable and the sheets and blankets are amazing. And last but not least, our host was so responsive, understanding and accommodating. We are so thankful to have stayed here and we will most definitely come back! If you’re thinking of renting this home - don’t hesitate!

Not the best set up for younger kids

Overall it was a great experience…good spot and quaint place for gathering close to town lift. We had kids age 6, 10 and 11. There are 2 queen beds - 1 upstairs in the loft and the other downstairs with a walkout door. There was a pullout bed up in the loft and a twin downstairs, but we didn’t want kids alone downstairs and didn’t want kids sleeping in our room either. Beds were also not comfy. If you have 2 couples with no kids this would be a great spot!
