The perfect guests, took great care of the property

My guests are the best. They treat my home like their home and it’s a pleasure being their host.

Brevard county is 50 miles long, If you look at my property on a map, it‘s smack dab in the middle. Downtown Melbourne is 2.2 miles or 5 minutes, the beach 10. The nice beaches start at Cocoa Beach and the Northern part of the county is the Space Center and Wildlife preserve. The Space Center is 144,000 acres so it is a drive, regardless of the direction you come from. As far as the fence, the back yard is fenced and lined with tall Podocarpus hedges which provide a green, more natural border to the neighboring properties. Everyone else has loved the back yard so I‘ll make an effort to improve that. The neighbors just happened to have guests during her short stay. It‘s usually very quiet as the other reviews confirm.

The whole concept of the vacation rentals is to provide guests with a cozy environment that is like home. It doesn‘t need to look like a model home. Based on all of the other reviews that absolutely love the property I must be doing something right.

This guest was perfectly happy every time I checked with her throughout her stay. When I texted her after she left about a decorative candle on a tall stand in the entrance that was missing, she told me it must be in the bedroom. Then in the bedroom I found more candles on stands missing. When I told her I couldn’t find them she said became enraged. She said they were used and thrown away. She didn’t take the cans to the street so I thought I could at least retrieve the glass but they weren’t in the trash.
