The apartment “L’Anchorage” is located in the commune of Saint François in the residence “Anse des Rochers” on the ground floor in the Coral Building near the swimming pool.

The residence is nestled in a coconut grove of 7.5 ha with one of the largest infinity pools in Guadeloupe (1200 m²), paddling pool for children, tennis court.

You will discover its beach a few meters from the accommodation with a view of Marie-Galante, les Saintes.
It has a restaurant, the Ti Coco (bread depot, etc.), the Ti Cabanon offering various services (rental of masks, buoys, massages, excursions, etc.), parasol, picnic huts.

"L’Anchorage" can accommodate 2 people and 2 children, the accommodation is newly renovated, new and air-conditioned.

It has:
- A dressing room with an ironing board, iron
 - A bathroom with walk-in shower & WC, cabinet and sink, washing machine.
- A bedroom with a large 160 bed and 2 single convertible beds, TV
- A fully equipped kitchen fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and all utensils necessary for cooking, a table & chairs

Bed and bathroom linen provided, free welcome Ti Punch.

Free WiFi (collective) on the site.

For the comfort and the respect of each one animals are not allowed, non-smoking apartment.
The residence is located about 3km from the village of St-François and 40 km from Pointe à Pitre airport.

Secure residence with caretaker and security guards (badges, bracelets given on arrival).

Parking spaces inside the site.

Possibility of associating a rental vehicle that will be waiting for you at Anse des Rochers (airport transfer offered).

For any reception after 9:30 p.m. and departure before 8:00 a flat rate of 25 euros will be payable locally.

Note: The accommodation is given clean and must be returned in the same conditions as on arrival (possibility of taking the cleaning option on site 50 €)
