Beachside Hill 2-UPPER LEVEL, 2 bed/1.5 bath, is the second and third levelS. Unit has updated appliances with coastal decor; Stainless steel appliances and granite counters in both kitchen and bath. You walk up a flight of stairs outside and enter into the 2 bedrooms with a bath. The next flight inside takes you to the kitchen and living area where the private deck overlooks Hill street and the ocean.
Laundry: washer and dryer.
No PETS UPPER LEVEL. Sleeps 4.

Beachside Hill 1- LOWER LEVEL 1 bed/1 bath
Lower unit has stone counter tops with butcher block. Sleeps 4, one bedroom with Queen bed and a sleeper sofa queen. Pets are allowed; a PET RENT will be charged, plus taxes, and security.
