About this property

Beautiful Ocean Front condo! 3rd floor unit (so there is nobody above you) with amazing views of the Ocean, NASA Launches, courtyard, and Heated Pool (seasonally) The main bedroom has an Ocean view, adjustable king size bed, in-suite full bath and private door to balcony. Second bedroom has a queen size bed with twin trundle. Foyer closet has 2 shade umbrellas, beach towels, 4 sand chairs, sand toys and kites.

The space
NASA Rocket Launches can be seen from this unit or from the beach. Third floor unit has nobody above you. Amazing ocean views. Nicely equipped kitchen. TV in bedrooms and living room, cable in master and living room, smart TV for streaming in second bedroom.

Guest access
There is an AMAZING public park next door to the condo! Basketball courts, swings, climbing structures.... Something for every age! Our pool has a grill, covered outdoor dining area, sun chairs with umbrellas, shuffleboard, and a PRIVATE gate to the beach and Ocean.

Other things to note
NASA Rocket Launches and Space X Launches can be seen and heard from this location! Visible from unit, but awesome to see from the beach!

The ENTIRE property is NON SMOKING, even the parking lot. This was put in place by our HOA. Since there is an onsite property manager it is enforced.

Check-In/out times CAN be considered flexible IF nobody is checking out or in on the same day as your reservation. I will always try to accomadate.

I will always let you know closer to your booking window if it is empty on your day of arrival or departure to accomodate flight times IF I CAN.

Spring Break

Lynn's Point East condo is wonderful! We had a great week in the sunshine state for Spring Break. Lynn is very responsive and I would not hesitate to book with her again!

Wedding weekend and fun

We had the best time staying at this condo for an extended wedding weekend. Our host was organized and friendly leaving a welcome basket full of delicious snacks and an informative binder full of activity ideas and local restaurants menus, not to mention tv/remote directions. The condo was extremely clean and welcoming with all the comforts of home, including comfortable beds, full kitchen, games/puzzles, beach towels and chairs. I highly recommend this place for fun, fellowship, and relaxation.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Beautiful condo with an amazing host

We loved our stay here! Lynn was absolutely amazing,kind and so helpful. She made the check in process so easy and is very responsive. She makes sure you have everything you need for your stay in her condo. We even had items provided to us that normally isn’t and not having to pack the big bulky beach items for our stay here was a plus as all those items were in the condo, we even had beach towels! It’s a very beautiful little condo, my family and I truly enjoyed it! This was our first time visiting NSB ❤️

I became a Flight Attendant 3 weeks after graduating college and fell in LOVE with customer service! Once I became an empty nester I moved to Orlando to be near my elderly parents.

Why they chose this property

This condominium complex is the PERFECT location because it is on the NO DRIVE part of the beach which is so much safer for kids playing in the sand. The Point East condo complex scored a "Superior" for construction, our HOA dues are high BUT i have no complaints because it is VERY WELL maintained, The pool is heated seasonally, and there is an on-site property manager as well!!!!
