Located approximately 2 hours from Chicago this home is nestled on over an acre of wooded land with a 70 ft private beach, semi-private tennis courts. You'll find plenty to do in this classic Lake Michigan house. Enjoy waking up each morning to the smell of fresh air, green grass, crisp leaves and the lake: take a long walk on the beach, relax on the screened in porch, play a round of tennis or cool off in the water; your evening can be filled with BBQing , smores at the beach, star gazing and laughing with friends and family.

This home has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living space complete with gas fireplace, a dining room, multiple large picture windows, a large sun deck and a breezy screened-in porch which is a great spot to relax with shade and fresh air. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this house is great for larger families or groups of friends to convene for a vacation on Lake Michigan.

We had 11 people in our group - three generations from 7 to 70, and this house had everything we needed. The private beach and beautiful lake views were the best parts, but the kids also loved the tennis court, large yard, and basement bunk room! The family room is even bigger than it looks in pictures and offered beautiful views. The location of this home is amazing! Very short drive to many great towns.

Best Lakeside Adventure

Beautiful, well-kept lakeside property. The home was clean, spacious, updated and well-stocked with everything you need. Chris is the Property Manager and is quick to answer all your questions, extremely helpful. We had a group of six adults and had the time of our lives - fully enjoyed the deck, the breath-taking sunsets and the firepit at night. THANK YOU CHRIS for an amazing Michigan adventure. Home was clean with many amenities. The yard was big with plenty to do for the kids. Great beach, good for walking and sand castle building. Bring your water shoes as lake is rocky but there is a nice sand bar just past the rocks. The water was nice and warm at beginning of week but storms came through mid-week and got very chilly. Saugatuck and South Haven are not far away and we enjoyed restaurants, putt putt and shopping. We had ages from 2 to seniors and everyone enjoyed their stay. Check in was easy and Chris was very responsive to emails. Thanks for a good week.

Lake Michigan sunsets

We are a group of older women on our annual gathering. Enjoyed days on the beach and evenings around the campfire. The rocky beach and lake presented a challenge for some, but we managed it with shoes. The house had everything we needed and is a beautiful place to enjoy Michigan's greatest lake. This was our second year renting this home and it was another wonderful vacation. The house is always clean and ready to go. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Michigan Vacation

This property met all of our needs so nicely. The owner Chris, was very pleasant to work with and prompt in answering any questions. The accommodations were very comfortable for the 10 of us. The yard and property is well maintained and perfect for backyard games. This property includes enough amenities for families to play together and relax together. Access to Lake Michigan is very easy! Overall a memorable family time!!
