Located approximately 2 hours from Chicago this home is nestled on over an acre of wooded land with a 70 ft private beach, semi-private tennis courts. You'll find plenty to do in this classic Lake Michigan house. Enjoy waking up each morning to the smell of fresh air, green grass, crisp leaves and the lake: take a long walk on the beach, relax on the screened in porch, play a round of tennis or cool off in the water; your evening can be filled with BBQing , smores at the beach, star gazing and laughing with friends and family.

This home has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living space complete with gas fireplace, a dining room, multiple large picture windows, a large sun deck and a breezy screened-in porch which is a great spot to relax with shade and fresh air. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this house is great for larger families or groups of friends to convene for a vacation on Lake Michigan.

Located just 10 minutes from Saugatuck/Douglass were you can enjoy downtown shopping, explore a variety of dining options, drive stunning golf courses, blueberry/strawberry/apple/pumpkin picking, explore the many cideries/breweries/wineries, hike the dunes or take a dune ride, create a masterpiece at the Art Barn, and in the winter this home is just 40 minutes away from Bittersweet Ski Resort.

This is our 3rd year staying at this amazing beach house. It’s clean, spacious and there is a place for everyone in your family to enjoy! We love the deck, fire pit and screened porch. The beach is perfect even on a bad weather day.

This was one of the better vacation rentals I have stayed in. The layout is great for groups and the property is incredible. Huge lawn, spacious deck, comfy screened porch, and a beautiful beach. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were a good size. AC worked great on some 80 degree days. Made me want to come back to west Michigan. There was a good variety of cooking utensils and dish-ware, but there wasn’t much by way of ingredients. That was totally fine though because there’s a Meijer less than 20 minutes away so we were able to grill multiple evenings.

Beautiful getaway

The house is beautiful, clean, safe. We had family from ages 7 weeks old to 75 years old, and all were in awe of the beautiful view of the lake from the many common spaces. We had a wonderful time!

Fantastic Stay

This property was amazing, the perfect location for people of all ages. Plenty for teens to do to occupy themselves for a long weekend without having to leave. Sunsets were amazing even on a cloudy evening. Great stay!

We had 11 people in our group - three generations from 7 to 70, and this house had everything we needed. The private beach and beautiful lake views were the best parts, but the kids also loved the tennis court, large yard, and basement bunk room! The family room is even bigger than it looks in pictures and offered beautiful views. The location of this home is amazing! Very short drive to many great towns.

We had a wonderful week. The home provided everything our group needed. It was close to the community’s of South Haven, Douglas,Saugatuck, and Holland. Sunsets were spectacular and being able to listen to the waves was relaxing

Beautiful property!

My group stayed for 3 nights with 6 adults and 1 toddler. We had plenty of room for all of us! The view from the house is gorgeous, and the beach access is so convenient. The house itself was very clean and well-maintained. We would all stay there again in a heartbeat.

Michigan Reunion Perfection

Perfect location with incredible views of Lake Michigan. The house had everything we needed, was clean and the layout was wonderful for gathering for conversations, games, relaxing and enjoying the private beach. Easy drive to restaurants and area attractions. Chris was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!
