It's all about the beach. Sea Wolf has a spacious floor plan to promise plenty of room for any family vacation large or small. Each side has its individual walkway to the beach and large partitioned deck for great ocean views and family time watching the sun come up or the dolphins frolic in the surf. This home has a retractable divider on the large ocean front deck, making it a great choice for for large families when renting both units. Sea Wolf is designed and decorated for family fun. This is a multi-family property; both sides can be reserved to accommodate large or extended family gatherings.
Pet Friendly with non-refundable $150.00 pet fee. 2 Dog max. No Puppies. No dogs over 25 pounds.

Absolute perfection

The entire vacation was perfect! The location was ideal- private walkway onto the beach! The house had everything you might need- the kitchen is stocked with all the gadgets you could want! I cannot think of a better vacation home!

16 of us fit well. It had a nice beach, we had good neighbors. Extra fun with the 4th of July parade and beach fireworks.

Thanksgiving

The kitchen was well stocked and we could tell it had been recently renovated. The house is right on the beach and while we did share the deck with the other family next door in the duplex it didn’t bother us. The internet was horrible so if they are thinking of doing any other upgrades soon they should think of that and maybe the bathrooms next.

Great place for the price.

We had a great time at this house. We had 10 adults and 5 kids. The house accommodated us all just fine. As previous people stated the kitchen was a little out dated. This was not an issue for us as the price was lower than others that we looked at and makes up for it. Everything we needed to cook was there and the fishing from the beach was amazing. We would stay here again.

242B East 1st St, Ocean Isle, NC

I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent with family. The bathrooms were clean and the linens were fresh. Loved the deck especially since additional family members were renting unit A but this would have been awkward if we did not know the renters for the other unit. The kitchen definitely needed a more thorough cleaning - cabinets especially! They were sticky probably because the appropriate paint was not used on the cabinets but the exterior and interior of the cabinets and drawers were not clean. Blinds in the bedrooms had several slats missing, the bathtub faucets were touchy for getting the right temperature and, for the upstairs bathtub, we could never adjust the temperature to hot - showers were lukewarm in that bathroom. The area around the doorknobs and locks on the entry doors to the property were black and needed cleaning. The back splash and wall behind the kitchen sink were messy. In an era of COVID, I was surprised at how unclean the kitchen was.

We arrived at the check in time from out of town and the cleaner was still there. She was leaving to get more help. We had 2 dogs and food that needed to be refrigerated. We called the property manager and with resistance she let us unload the food. We needed to remain outside the house until they were finished which took another few hours.

Girls beach weekend

The house was very spacious with lots of beds that were comfortable with pretty decor. The living room was nice with a wonderful view. The deck has the perfect number of chairs for our group and was wonderful to to enjoy coffee in the morning and gaze at the stars in the evening. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed but really needs to be redone. The cabinets were quite old, some didn’t open, and the appliances were very dated. That being said everything was clean and we had a wonderful time!

Family Graduation Vacation

Overall a relaxing week. Accommodations were stretched at 13 people. Bedrooms were sufficient size, however, bathrooms were extremely tight! Poor soundproofing between main floor and second floor. Every step or movement could be heard. Unit could use some updating. Easy access to the beach.
