The condo is the best location in Kihei in my personal opinion. Right between the two best beaches and a pool that is situated ocean front for great views. Amenities across the street easy to access. Beautiful sunsets from the lanai. Lower floor makes everything easy! Great condo with everything u need for an easy going vacation! The rental company is wonderful to deal with and available whenever you need them for questions.

Great location , comfortable condo.

This is a great location for a family stay. There are 2 beautiful , guarded beaches minutes away as well as rich, rewarding snorkeling. This first floor unit was very comfortable and made for easy access to all that. Many amenities are within walking distance across the street.

Excelent Property

This condo is everything it looks like and more. The view is outstanding, property location is excellent, easy walk to shopping and food. Roof top BBQ area is a great place for dinner and meeting people. Would stay here again and again.

This condo is beautiful! Great location with everything you need to enjoy your stay!

The condo location is great, restaurants within walking distance and a beautiful beach. Very clean and well appointed. Watching the sunset from the lanai or the rooftop deck was amazing. We did a couple day trips and there was a cooler for our use, they really thought of everything! Highly recommend!

Condo in paradise!

Just got back from a 2.5 week stay at this property. The staff onsite were fabulous. The condo is as pictured, clean and very well maintained. The location was perfect. I would certainly stay there again. Can't beat watching the sunset from the roof!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice but not super updated. They were turtles to see every day off the rock area. Both beaches nearby were beautiful and not overly crowded for the most part. Minor issues we had were quickly and easily resolved

Amazing Condo!!!

Great Unit.

What made it grreat? Ground level unit facing the ocean. Fantastic view of sunsets and whales. Roof top barbeque area very nice. Within short walking distance of great restaurants and other ameneties such as groceries etc. Pool staff was very frindly and helpful. Cant wait to return.

great property in maui

stayed here for a week in july.has to be the perfect location.just yards from the pool and the ocean,two great beaches at either side.we loved the roof terrace which had bbq facilities as well as a small kitchen. it was perfect for sunset dinner and also a good spot to meet the other residents.the condo itself was clean,comfortable and well equiped.free wifi,cable tv,air con are all included but best of all are the views.hope to stay here again at some stage and would highly recommend it.

No hot water for shower and hot air fm AC unit blowing onto lanai .

Pictures on website are deceiving. They make the unit seem bigger than it actually is. Good location in Kihei and grounds well taken care off. Sunsets beautiful.

Royal Mauian is truly royal

The Royal Mauian is situated in Kihei on Maui. It overlooks the ocean, has an outcropping of lava rocks that is home to 6 turtles. There are also many wonderful tropical fish native to Hawaii. It is close to the beach, Kamaole 1 through 3, with great snorkeling. Across the street you will find food stores, restaurants, amazing shops, and everything you might need. You could stay here for your whole trip, or see all of Maui and come back to a restful condo. It was spectacular.

Perfect Seeting

We returned to the Royal Mauian again for a mini-family reunion (the owner has three units in the building we rented). The setting of this unit is perfect, on the ground floor, near the pool, unobstructed view of the ocean. The new on-island management company is doing an excellent job, all new towels, etc. We'll be back again for sure. Thank you.

The condo was exactly as shown in photo's!! Very nice!! The view's were amazing,ground floor location was a plus walk right out to the beautiful lawn,beautiful beaches on both sides just a few steps away..or a refreshing pool!! Enjoying morning coffee on the lanai, playing on the beaches and happy hour on the lanai!! Would highly recommend it to anyone going to Kihea!! Would definetly stay there again!! Mahalo!!!!

Wonderful Beach Front Condo

We recently stayed at the Royal Mauian condo 114. The room and location exceeded my expectations. There is a beach on both sides of the complex and a reef in front. We saw turtles along the reef, and the beaches were great. The unit came with six beach chairs and two boogie boards. The unit was clean, and nicely decorated. Across the street there were lots of shops and resturants. I highly recommend this unit, and plan to return.

Fantastic Family Vacation!

What a wonderful condo! My family and I (all five of us) had an absolutely fantastic time in Maui, partly due to our accommodations. We had everything we needed for a great time at the beach (chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas), and you couldn't have wished for a better place to watch the sun set then your own patio. The condo was well appointed, clean, and well maintained. The barbeque on the roof was used several times, and provided a great way to watch the day turn into night. We would absolutely come back to the Royal Mauiian again and rent this unit.

We loved our stay!

The view was amazing! The price was great! I loved looking at the ocean from the property while drinking my coffee first thing in the morning. I also had a fabulous view from the master bedroom. We had everything we needed. There were actually 7 of us staying in the Royal Mauian. We bought an air mattress from Costco and there was room to lay it in the living room each evening. The property was clean. The owner answered questions promptly. We will be returning!

Loved it!!!

This unit was everything as described, and better. Absolutely no surprises... The Royal Mauian was spotless and extremely well maintained. Great location, pool, BBQ area, and beaches nearby. Mary "the cleaning staff" was fabulous & very cordial which made transition day a breeze. Loved everything about this unit and would go back in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, after we rave to our friends about the condo - we will never get back in???

True Paradise!

My husband and I and our three girls had the absolute pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo for two weeks in August 2015 and I can't praise it enough. This was our second trip to Maui and I can't imagine ever staying anywhere else again. Perfectly clean, comfortable, nicely remodeled and amazing views. The view from the lanai is beyond perfect and the kids loved both beaches to either side of the condo. We absolutely love Kihei and this condo could not be in a better spot for local restaurants and shops. We loved the ease of a ground floor unit and close proximity to the pool. The king size bed in the master bedroom so comfortable and my oldest daughter even said the pull out couch was extremely comfortable. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us and we would highly recommend this to any one else... although the pictures speak for themselves! The Peters family

The Best It Was Not!

If only the best will do describes the location of this condo. One of the best we have had in over 40 years of coming to Hawaii. However, there were interior issues. Living room and 2nd bedroom ceiling fans only ran on high.... noisy. This would not have been and issue except for a horrible mildew odor in the guest bedroom and we could not leave the fan on. Ice maker did not work and dryer went out 3rd day of trip. Owner offered spray for odor, but it did not help. If you are going to stay here, confirm that the odor has been addressed, fans, ice maker and dryer have been repaired. This was the second time we have stayed in this unit and we were very disappointed.

We have fixed all the issues, I am not on island and unfortuneatly things happen.The only thing wrong with the dryer was not knob! The ice maker was turned off and not sure why but working now. The fan had a malfunctioning switch. The problem with a/c is that when it is ran 24/7 day after day there can be a condensation issue since it is humid in Hawaii. The a/c unit was fully serviced along with the other two units just to make sure this does not happen again.

Unbelievable unit!

We have stayed in probably over a dozen different units in the royal Mauian and this is by far the best. I dont know how they did it but the living room and master bedroom is larger in this unit than anyother unit in the complex. It is furnished and decorated impecibly. It is on the ground floor which we appreciate not having to use stairs or the elevator as we go in and out of the unit. Some think you need to be up high to get a great view but at the royal mauian it doesnt really matter. You are right on the water and there is nothing between you and the ocean or the sunsets. The roof top area is wonderful. We use it almost everynight and it cant be beat. I know of no other complex with this feature. Most other units dont have A/C but this one does and there are times it is greatly appreciated. From now on we will only book this unit as we come back year after year to the royal mauian. thanks for such a great unit.

Would stay here again and again

We came to Maui for a 9 day family reunion. Once we chose Royal Mauian, my husband, sister and I jumped on reserving this condo. I'm so glad we did. The pictures and descriptions for the listing are very accurate. I had a chance to compare to a few other condos as our family reserved a total of 7 units. This was by far the largest. Our party consisted of 6 people, 4 adults and 2 children and I never felt like we were walking on toes. The décor was tasteful and uncluttered. The kitchen was well stocked, which was important as we prepared all of our meals. The roof-top deck was essential; every night we had a potluck with our entire family. The grills were large and well maintained, and the deck itself was enormous. There are several souvenir shops right across the street, along with restaurants and a general store. My parents were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary, and we were able to have a renewing -of -vows ceremony on the grass right outside our condo. This a ground level condo which is important with small children. Our kids aren't so small anymore, however, we found the pool entrance to be 10 feet from our lanai, a BIG plus! And finally, I would like to compliment the management. They were always available, attentive and friendly. All of our questions were quickly answered. My only complaint is that we didn't stay longer. I would definitely recommend this property!

Close to the beaches. Ground floor unit with air conditioning.

We stayed here from June 10 to the 16 2018. This was our second stay at this unit at the Royal Mauian, our first time being 5 years ago. We have stayed in two other units in this complex before but we liked this one the best so we decided to get this one again. I was not impressed this time, however and I would appreciate it if the owner of the unit would contact me to discuss it. The unit over all was fine but there were some details that could easily be addressed that would make it far better. I won’t write about them here, as I believe that this is a good unit still and I don’t want to sway any ones decision about it if they are thinking about renting it. The one major problem we had was with the dryer in the unit not working. But the manager for the unit was very prompt at finding a solution and even getting it fixed very quickly(2 days) which was very impressive. If the owner reads this, I hope that you will contact the manager and get my information. Then call or email me and I will be happy to talk to you personally about your unit. Overall though, I don’t think that we will be back to this condo, which is sad to us because we always loved coming here.

Lovely

Beautiful condo with such a warm feeling. Bedrooms and bathrooms are so nicely appointed. The view of the ocean is amazing and expansive. The lawn from the lanai is so beautiful. The pool is perfect and nice on windy days because it is protected by clear panels. Couch Hide a bed is comfortable enough, above average. Mahalo!
