This condo places you in the heart of everything that Telluride has to offer, from skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling in winter, to hiking, biking, golf, and fishing come summer. You'll be a quarter-mile stroll from the base of the Coonskin Lift, providing you with quick and easy access to over 2,000 acres of skiable terrain (as well as mountain bike trails during the summer months). The best of downtown is all around you as well, so you can easily explore the local shops and eateries and finish the day with a walk along the peaceful San Miguel River.

Super comfy and clean apt . Easy walk to downtown and to path along creek . Had everything we needed . Parking is a toss up . We were lucky to get a place but then never left in the car because otherwise it’s 50 bucks a night to park ur car .

Limited parking and amenities, but this condo was exactly where you want to be. Steps from amazing restaurants and historic downtown. Go to “There”, a local restaurant only few steps down the street, for craft cocktails and delicious food! The creek side location was an added bonus and we will definitely check availability for future visits.

Proximity to Clark’s market is so nice! Walk to gondola is easy and about 10-15 mins. Parking is a beast, but wasn’t terrible and we made it work. I’d 10/10 recommend this place for a nice trip to Telluride with easy access to mountain village via Gondolas! Loved it!

Tired, dark, and musty condo

Photos don’t reflect the tired feel of the condo. Musty odor greets you upon arrival. Even when using the condos’ parking pass, we still received warning citations on the windshield. Definitely will not stay here again.

Wailing dog 3 nights in a row, internet wasn’t connected, tv was not connects to cable, loud neighborhood, bedding was old and sheet was rough, no parking pass or any direction available and no response from owner, not a king bed. But telluride is great as always and proximity to town was decent. Would come back but definitely not stay there.

Cigarette smelling uncomfortable joint

This is a crash pad. The place stank of cigarettes from day 1 till we left, likely a tenant decided to light up a pack of Parliaments before our stay. We emailed and called Vacasa, who runs the property and got no answer from them. The bed is double, so it is small and leans towards the head, making your rest tough. The couch is ancient, shallow and uncomfortable to watch a game on it. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Great location!

Worked great for our needs. Close to lift 7 as they say and short walk to all downtown shopping and eateries. Parking is a bit tricky but if you find a spot you don’t need your car.

the unit worked for us, it was clean upon arrival, great in-town location, glad we did not rent a car, there was no parking at the building and everything was within walking distance, kitchen modestly equipped but the dishwasher did not work properly, no washer/dryer, bed was good but all of the pillows were ridiculously lumpy. again, great location

The location was great and had everything we needed. The bed was great which was nice. We brought food and the kitchen will have everything you need. The front couch is a hide-a-bed and worked well for our son. No hesitation staying here again.

The apartment is nice, it had everything we needed and as advertised. Be aware the only condiments available are salt and pepper. The living room is overlooking a stream and you can get a glimpse of the lower part of the mountain between the houses in front. The location is very good - a few blocks away from the gondola and the town center, a block from the Clark’s grocery store. There is a great Thai place (Siam) right by it. Parking is indeed tight, on a few occasions we had to park on Colorado street, there are a few spots that accept the same pass you will find in the apartment. On the other side of Colorado street there is also free parking from 6 pm to 8 am and 2 hours free parking after that - we did this once and moved the car the next morning. There is also the paid parking, but we didn't need to use it. The apartment is on the first floor and not as bright as pictured (maybe brighter in the winter when the trees don’t have leaves and the snow is reflecting light), but we didn’t stay much indoors anyway. We are satisfied with our stay and would recommend the place.
