Summary:

Elegantly remodeled! 1 bed, 1 bath first floor condo located d-town Telluride. Condo showcases mountain views with dazzling alpenglow. San Miguel River and trail are just feet from the front door. The kitchen is well outfitted for groups who enjoy cooking and entertaining. The living room has a sectional sofa sleeper, large smart TV and a premium sound system. All new kitchen appliances w/ washer and dryer. The bathroom rivals that of a spa! Pool and hot tub are open for the season 6/1!



The Space:

This condo is one of the only true ski in ski out condos in Telluride. Located just 100 steps from the base of Chair 7 lift. The base of chair 7 turns into a beautiful open field during the summertime. The picturesque San Miguel River and river trail are just a stones throw from the front door. Town Park is a short 15 minute walk for the Summer Music festival goers.



Parking comes with the reservation. Parking is in the Shandoka lot directly in front of the condo. Message me with your make, model and license plate and i will enter your car into the town registry.



The condo is outfitted with Wi-Fi, 55'' 4K Smart TV and a Bose bluetooth soundbar. The Kitchen is well equipped for family's and groups that enjoy cooking and entertaining. Pool is open during the summer months and the large hot tub is open year round with the exclusion of the shoulder seasons.

Guest Access:

The whole condo is yours! Guests have access to the pool and hot tub.



The Neighborhood:

Clark’s grocery store is a 5 minute walk. Chair 7 is directly out the back door. Siam (Thai) restaurant is just up the block. There Bar is only a block and a half away (favorite cocktails and tapas)



Getting Around:

The galloping goose bus (free) runs right past the condo every ten minutes on the 0’s. The San Miguel river trail is only a half block away for a beautiful walk into town.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the pool is closed from October 1st - Memorial Day. And the hot tub is closed October 1st - Thanksgiving day and for a month in April.



During the winter when it snows, they will need to plow one side of the parking lot at a time. You must move your vehicle to the other side of the parking lot or you vehicle could be towed. Please pay attention to signs posted on front entry door and in the parking lot from HOA letting you know when to move.

Visiting nephew who moved to Telluride!

Etta Place Too is a perfect location to explore all things Telluride and Mountain Village! Walking to anything is so charming with the river path, or the Galloping Goose (free bus town loop) stops right in front and takes you all over if walking is difficult. The free gondola to Mountain Village is a short picturesque walk as well!! The pool and hot tub were refreshing after walks and hikes!

Great location and great property

Overall we found the location to be convenient for our snowboarding trip with loft 7 just 40 feet from the back door. The apartment it’s self is decorated beautifully and very clean. The bed is very comfy and the steam shower came in handy.

Wheelchair travelers great location

Property on first floor still with great looks by the windows. Nice ramp at entrance and close parking for handicap. We were aware the bathroom was not exactly ADA compliant but acceptable enough for a person with limited mobility. Bed it’s REALLY comfortable, the spacious walk in shower was awesome too. Washer and dryer included inside property.Very NICE place to stay close to river walks and other attractions

Great Stay

The unit was in a great location with the Telluride local bus picking us up right outside the entrance. I was really looking forward to the hottub and pool, but due to a rockslide both were closed. This was no ones fault, but the owner compensated us for it.

We enjoyed ourselves so much. Michael was amazing to communicate with. I just wish we had a little deck to sit outside off the condo. That was my only complaint about the whole trip.

Ski in/out

We had a lovely visit at Mike’s place. He was very responsive with communications. The place is well stocked for the kitchen and remarkably efficient. Instructions and directions were clear. Apt was clean and quiet. Bed was super comfortable. And we loved the location- ski right over to chair 7. And on the shuttle stop. The hot tub was under repair but we were given instructions for how to use the next door hot tub which worked just fine for us. Perfect couple ski get away. .

I am an outdoor enthusiast that fell in love with Telluride and the San Juan Mountains upon my first trip to the region 2009. After my first trip to Telluride i said to myself this is a place that i could call home. During the summer months you can catch me mountain biking and dirt biking the bike park and mountain passes. Come winter months there is no place better to be than on the slopes of the Telluride Ski Resort. Lucky to live in such a beautiful and amazing town.

Why they chose this property

This property offers everything that you could want in a property in Telluride. Upon arrival there is plenty of parking in the Shandoka lot (rarity in town). This unit is on the first floor with easy access to the front door, shuttling skis and luggage into the condo is a breeze. The front door is outfitted with keypad, check in and lock the door with ease. For the ski and snowboard enthusiasts chair 7 (coonskin) is located directly out the back door, along with the ski pass ticket window. Out the back door sits the pool and hot tub. The condo is comfortably furnished with a sectional sofa sleeper that pulls out into a queen bed. To catch the bus around town, there is a bus stop right out the front door of the condo. The bedroom has a comfortable king bed. The kitchen is well outfitted for your every cooking need. The bathroom has a steam shower and a bathroom light heater along with toiletries and a hair dryer. For entertainment there is a 55'' Sony smart tv along with a Bose soundbar that you can connect your music devices to for bluetooth music.
Please Note: The pool is open from memorial day to Oct 15th. The hot tub is open year round, except for shut downs during the late fall and spring off seasons.
