Newly remodeled 2-bedroom character home in quiet downtown historic residential district.
Quaint, well established neighborhood with tree-line streets, on the ravine of Peabody Park. Enjoy the Fox river, biking/walking trails and other amenities. This house is everything you want in a home away from home, from ideal location with a lovely screened in porch, new furnishings, a two-car garage to state of the art appliances and hardwood floors.

For extended stays we require the home to be cleaned once a month at the monthly rate of $150.
No parties or smoking in or around the outside of the property.
We have a shared driveway, you may not park in the middle of the drive blocking the neighbor from using it.

Nicely remodeled older house in a good neighborhood. The pillows on both beds were very comfortable- best of any VRBO we have stayed in! Conveniently located near downtown but away several blocks so it is quiet.

Perfect Home for the summer!

The property was super clean and host provide a all of the cleaning supplies you could ever need. They have thought of just about everything you could need. The host also are super friendly! The neighbors, area, and the house itself felt super safe and welcoming.
