Newly remodeled 2-bedroom character home in quiet downtown historic residential district.
Quaint, well established neighborhood with tree-line streets, on the ravine of Peabody Park. Enjoy the Fox river, biking/walking trails and other amenities. This house is everything you want in a home away from home, from ideal location with a lovely screened in porch, new furnishings, a two-car garage to state of the art appliances and hardwood floors.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

For extended stays we require the home to be cleaned once a month at the monthly rate of $150.

No parties or smoking in or around the outside of the property.

We have a shared driveway, you may not park in the middle of the drive blocking the neighbor from using it.
