1930's Boerne Farm Guest House w / Private Deck

Come and enjoy the peace & quiet feel of the heart of what once was a large German farm. You can hear nature and the breeze when you step outside. Our 4 acres are covered with huge Oak Trees where our guests can enjoy multiple outdoor areas. The Cottage is just far enough away from the bustle of downtown & traffic (<10 min), but close enough to enjoy the activities & fair.
White Tail & Axis deer frequently roam the property at dawn & dusk. Goats & cows are our neighbors! During the spring & summer we have lots of Humming Birds & Red Birds, as well as many others all over the property. We are continually trying to improve and add areas of interest for our guest
The Cottage is a cozy, welcoming elegant 800 sf "repurposed" machine shop, with a private deck, parking, & a covered patio. We encourage guests to wander the property and see the numerous birds & wildlife. There is also enough room to park a trailer, if you are towing motorcycles, kayaks, jet skis, etc..

In Dec 2014, my husband & I bought the heart of what was once a large German farm & ranch. We started a 12 year journey of refurbishing the property and original house, built in the 1930's. After the farm house became habitable, we took a 75+ yr old "machine shop" and converted it into a fully equipped +/- 800 sf comfortably elegant guest house.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed & full size closet. There is a queen fold out couch in the den, with clean bedding in the hall closet. A Spa Bathroom with a walk in shower and big, fluffy towels await you. There are full size appliances in the amply stocked kitchen. A private Guest House Deck & a separate covered patio are available for morning coffee & evening wine!
Because of the animals & pets that already call the farm home, we are a pet free facility. Also, we do not mind if guests smoke, However smoking is only permitted on the guest deck or covered patio and not inside the guest house, please.
