Each unit within this facility is privately owned; furnished and maintained at the discretion of the owner, so all units are not considered "equal." We have made a significant financial investment and commitment to provide the best for our guests by completely remodeling our two units (410 and 902) with custom upgrades designed to ensure they are updated with top of the line amenities, such as porcelain plank flooring and granite throughout, huge double showers in each master bath, new lighting and faucets, and updated furnishings, accessories, etc. We also provide many little extras that aren't found in other condos.

About Sharon
We are a true house divided: Two engineers - one Alabama and one Auburn grad. (We just don't talk about it!) We live in north Alabama and have two married children and four grandchildren- all of whom LOVE the beach! Our daughter & son-in-law graduated from AU and both have exciting careers as engineers, and our son and daughter-in-law both graduated from UA and have exciting non-engineering careers (Son - Contract Specialist at NASA & Daughter-in-Law teaches at a local college.) It is handy having two condos in the same building so we can all enjoy vacationing together. We look forward to sharing our condo with others who are looking for a vacation home that provides both luxury and comfort in a family- friendly environment. Why Sharon chose Orange Beach East
We love Regency Isle with its beautiful architecture - high 9 ft ceilings, crown molding, 8 ft doors, and check out all the amenities! The grassy area for playing and the covered pavilion with complimentary gas grills are a true luxury that is not typical to most other condos in the area. Having large indoor and outdoor pools and spas provide entertainment even during inclement weather. We also appreciate having covered, reserved parking! The 2 BR condos are larger than most typical 3 BR units, so one has a feeling of "home" while living there. We completely remodeled both of our condos at RI to include a large dual shower in the master ensuite and we added granite to both vanities and new flooring throughout. The new tub with tiled surround in the 2nd full bath is awesome! We also find the bonus half bath to be a must have! It provides extra dressing space and is super handy. The facility is well maintained and we are committed to maintaining our condos to be top of the line - a best in class!

BEST condo we have ever stayed at in Orange Beach! Amazing view, amenities and the master bed&bath!
My wife and I have both been visiting Orange beach since we were kids. We now have small kids. We still like to make a weekend getaway to Orange Beach at least once a year and this time we decided to try this place. We are so glad we did! Regency Isle 410 is an incredible condo with a beautiful ocean view. While the entire condo is wonderful, my wife and I both agreeed our favorite part is the master bedroom and bathroom (which looks like it was just renovated by Chip and Joanna Gaines). The master bedroom has very comfortable king size bed that you will want to lay in all day and watch the ocean (yes, you can view the beach/ocean from the king size bed!!!). The balcony was also very nice and spacious. The other bedroom has a nice and very functional setup with two full size beds and nice size bathrooms. Their is also a 1/2 bathroom connected to the nice sized laundry room. I could see how this would be very handy if you had a larger group trying to get ready at once. Kitchen and living room were open and connected and also very nice. This condo has a fresh modern touch with a very homey feel. I highly encourage anyone planning a trip to Orange Beach to check this place out!!! You’ll be glad you did.

Orange Beach was perfect for us! I contacted Ike’s Beach Service & had loungers & an umbrella reserved daily. My husband found golf courses that were well maintained & challenging. Sharon sent us all the information we needed about her condo, activities, & restaurants in the area. The beach in front of Regency Isle contained mostly families & wasn’t overly crowded. One morning a Beach Resource lady stopped her vehicle & took plastic glasses to two males enjoying the beach & asked them to pour their alcohol in them giving her the bottles. I complimented her & she said she’s concerned about broken glass, plastic, & other things that negatively affect the environment. We had a wonderful week with great weather. Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful condo!

Sharon goes above and beyond to make sure everything is to your expectation. The condo is beautiful. It is just paradise. We just keep coming back! I am so thankful that Sharon and Gary share this beautiful property for others to enjoy. It is just so comforting knowing after a long days travel what is waiting there for you when you arrive. We walk out on the balcony, and just take it all in....the view...amazing. Listening to the waves is just so peaceful.
The Best!
Thank you Sharon & Gary for sharing this fantastic condo with us! The new luxury vinyl tile is perfect for the beach goers and the refined baths are great! We were so comfortable in the spacious living area with the fabulous condo-wide balcony. We have stayed at Regency Isle previously on the east side of the building, but this side offers a little more quiet time. Thank you for remembering all the visitor details - even a hair dryer in both bathrooms and coffee in the cabinet. I know we will be back, just need to check the calendar because I know this condo will become a favorite for many!
Lovely Vacation Home
We enjoyed staying in this lovely vacation home and the weather was beautiful. The Master bath with the amazing shower was like a dream. The king bed was very comfortable and the sheets were so soft. The condo was very clean and well cared for with a lot of attention to details. We found everything we needed in this condo during our visit and hope to return soon.

This condo is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. It has that “at home” feeling. The balcony is huge and has a great ocean view. The ease of access to the parking area, beach, pool, and pavilion area is an added bonus. The condo is furnished with all of the luxuries. Plus, the owners are awesome!
