The floor plan is as follows: you enter through the living room with the bathroom to the right, from the living room you enter the bedroom/kitchen which shares the same space, the lanai is off of the kitchen/bedroom. There is just a door way with no door between kitchen/bedroom and living room.

The Kona Shores condominium complex has an ocean-front pool with a cabana, two bathrooms and a charcoal grill for barbecuing. It is the perfect location to hang out and soak up the Hawaii sun and watch the gorgeous Kona sunsets. You can possibly spot the famous 'Green Flash” at sunset as the sun sets behind the horizon. The Kona Shores is a popular location for visitors due to its close proximity to beaches and to the heart of Kailua-Kona with restaurants and shopping right along the water’s edge.
