Partial Ocean View Condo in Center of Kailua Kona

My airconditioned condo is located a block from the Ocean and gets cool ocean breezes during the day and has a great Ocean View.

It is located in the center of town and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and a farmers market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

The Lanai faces west so you can enjoy the sunsets every evening.

If you want to stay in we have a full kitchen including a fridge, oven, cook top, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender and even a rice cooker.

There is a 3 guest maximum in my property, We have a king sized bed in the Bedroom and a 12 inch inflatable twin bed (it is actually quite comfortable).

Everything was great! We loved the view from the lanai and were so happy with the location of Laury's place. We were especially grateful for the snorkel equipment and used it almost everyday! Would say here again 100%

Communication with the host was fast, friendly, and helpful. Condo is well situated in Kailua-Kona Village with easy access to local markets, grocery stores, all parts of Kailua-Kona and neighboring venues north and south of the city. The unit was stocked with lots of small amenities I hadn't considered and offered a 3rd floor balcony view of the village facing the ocean with great evening breezes. Thank you for your hospitality.

Wonderful! Laury was a great host! Condo was very clean, had everything we needed for the week, and was in a perfect location to walk to restaurants and the farmer’s market. Would definitely stay here again!

Aside from Laundry and pool out of commission the unit was very accommodating and comfortable. Fresh fruit and plush linens were nice. After the Kona low storm which brought heavy rains nand wind it was understandable.

Unfortunately, due to the recent heavy rains we had water and mud affect the laundry room on the ground floor and the swimming pool and both are now temporarily closed.

Our host, Laury, was great about answering questions before we arrived. He sent detailed checking-in instructions how to get from the airport and how to access the unit. The full kitchen and bedroom were well furnished with everything we needed with extra beach chairs, umbrella and even an iron for our use. Close to old downtown Kona, we strolled on a Monday with very few people around. The sun finally came out the last 2 days and we were able to get pictures of the water and sunsets off the balcony. A beautiful, restful stay in Kona!

Location is excellent in downtown Kailua-Kona

Location of the condo makes it very convenient to get to all the places in the area including restaurants. You also get a great view each night of the sun setting.

The stay was great everything just right exactly the same in the pic , the location is wonderful surrounding by many shops and Restaurants just walking like 2 mins to get to the shore and Alii Drive where the shops and restaurants and bar as well, the Condo is very clean and full of many good amenities for the beach and it has nice balcony with ocean view such an amazing view , I highly Recommending and the host was very helpful and easy check in and check out process.

Perfect location

Clean property with great location, could walk to town. It was very quiet which was great for us. Kitchen had everything we needed. Hopefully we can come back!
