Offering everything you need for a luxurious beach vacation, this 3-bedroom condo is located in the well-maintained, gated, beachfront Sea Vista condo complex. Conveniently located next to the Beach Park at Isla Blanca (formerly Schlitterbahn Water Park). If your timing is right, you can view a SpaceX launch from the main balcony. The entire condo has been recently updated and is professionally decorated in soothing neutral tones. The Sea Vista complex offers two swimming pools and hot tubs, two tennis courts, secure, on-site parking and direct, private access to the beach, just steps from your door. Our condo is located on the 4th floor, with inside elevator access and provides lots of privacy and quiet---beyond you there is nothing but dunes, beach and sea. The spacious living/dining area has floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as access to the main balcony. This is where you'll want to be, sipping your favorite beverage, enjoying the soft ocean breezes and watching the ships come and go or the occasional pod of bottle-nose dolphins play in the surf. The master en-suite with floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows has a king size plush mattress, small sitting area, a flat screen TV and attached master bath. The master bath has a tiled walk-in shower with a 'rain' shower head and granite vanity top. A second mini-master bedroom with floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows and a sliding glass door out to a small balcony overlooking the pool, hot tub and tennis court has a plush queen size mattress, small sitting area, flat screen TV and a Keurig coffee maker. The third bedroom has two plush full size beds with access to the same balcony overlooking the pool. There is also a sitting area, flat screen TV, desk and a Keurig coffee maker. These two guest bedroom share the guest bathroom which has a tub/shower combination and granite vanity top. all three bedrooms have their own built in closets. All bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with luxury linens and towels. We also provide a Pack-N-Play with mattress pads and sheets for your little one. Paper products and soaps are provided to get you started for your arrival, even shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen is designed especially as a "cook's kitchen" with granite counter tops, a breakfast bar with additional seating for 4, new stainless steel appliances, including a convection range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker. It is stocked with high quality dishes and glassware, as well as many small appliances, including a gourmet coffee maker and a bean grinder. There is a good supply of herbs and spices to enhance your cooking pleasure. Paper towels and trash bags to get you started are supplied for your arrival and there are some cleaning supplies. To increase your vacation enjoyment, there are 4 smart flat-screen TVs throughout the condo. The large wall-mount smart TV is in the living area and there are smart flat screen TVs in each bedroom. Time-Warner cable and password protected WiFi is provided. The condo is fully air-conditioned and has four ceiling fans throughout. A full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located right inside the condo. Washing liquids are provided to get you started. For your your beach time pleasure we provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels and boogie boards. As a visitor to Sea Vista, you may purchase discounted Beach Park at Isla Blanca (formerly Schlitterbahn Water Park) tickets available only through the Sea Vista office during the summer. There are many good restaurants and bars located nearby, within walking distance. The dolphin watch boat rides leave from the nearby pier on the west side of Padre Boulevard, near the entrance to the county park.
