About this property

New attic apartment in town center with pool access, close to beaches.

Our 70 m2 “U SIROCCU” apartment is on the top floor of a completely renovated house with 2 levels.

The apartment can accommodate 4 people and consists of 2 bedrooms:
- a bedroom with a 140 cm bed
- a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds.

There is also a beautiful living - dining room area, with equipped kitchen as well as silent air conditioning, changed in 2024.
The rooms are not air conditioned.

the apartment is equipped with a shower room / WC and washing machine.
There are no outdoor terraces.

⚠️ Our shared swimming pool is accessible between 10:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. without supervision.
Children remain the responsibility of their parents.
No possibility of eating or having an aperitif there.

🚗 No private parking, possibility of parking a vehicle downstairs or just nearby in the neighborhood.

Household linen not provided: Package €15/person including 2 bath towels/bath mat/sheets/tea towels. On demand

The residence is located 5 minutes walk from the town center, shops, marina, train station and beach.

Richtig toll und so unkompliziert

Der Checkin lief per Email einfach und unkompliziert. Der Vater der Besitzerin hat uns willkommrn geheißen und uns den Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt. Bei Fragen habe ich ihr oder ihrer Schwägerin einfach eine Email oder whatsapp geschrieben. Wir durften den Außenbereich des Pools mit nutzen und konnten auch einen late checkout machen, so dass wir nochmal morgens den Strand genossen haben und direkt zur Fähre konnten. Calvi kannten wir schon. Man ist sehr zentral und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder!

Tolle, geräumige Wohnung im Herzen von Calvi

Wir hatten im Juli 2022 zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dieser tollen, geräumigen Wohnung mitten in Calvi verbracht. Dabei wurden wir nach unserer Ankunft mit dem Auto herzlich von der Vermieter-Familie empfangen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet mit fast allem was man so benötigt. Dabei haben wir teilweise zu viel mitgebracht. Ein Föhn war nämlich ebenfalls vorhanden, sowie vieles was man im Alltag benötigt wie Putzmittel, Schwämmchen. Geschirrspültabs, Zucker und vieles mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und wir haben uns mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Man ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Stadt und am Strand. Parkmöglichkeit war vorhanden. Besonders hat es uns gefallen, dass wir den Poolbereich mitbenutzen konnten. Dieser ist sehr groß und schön angelegt. Auch Wasserspielzeuge sind vorhanden. Die Kinder haben sich besonders über den sehr lieben Hund der Vermieterfamilie - ein kleiner Jack Russell Terrier - gefreut. Die Villa Antonia wird sehr liebevoll von der Familie geführt und man könnte jederzeit äußern, wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung ist. Wir freuen uns diese Unterkunft gemietet zu haben und bedanken uns sehr für unseren Aufenthalt. Viele Grüße aus Deutschland und alles Gute.

Super séjour !

Appartement très propre et moderne, très bien placé également puisque proche de la plage, du port et de la citadelle. L'extérieur nous manquait parfois mais l'appartement était suffisamment spacieux pour 5 personnes ! La propriétaire nous a également réservé un accueil très chaleureux, je recommande cet appartement.
