Nogales Palms is a beautiful and quiet oasis, blending open indoor spaces with private outdoor spaces to create the ultimate retreat for unwinding and relaxing. Multiple French doors open to the backyard, including a chic master suite with private bath. There is a covered patio for outdoor entertaining, and a gated-entry courtyard that surrounds the beautiful blue salt-water pool and spa. At night, enjoy scenic mountain views by the fire pit, surrounded by fruit trees.

Vaulted ceilings, a fireplace with a stunning floor-to-ceiling stone surround and a dining room with starburst chandelier opens to a fully appointed kitchen with white cabinetry, glass uppers and granite countertops. The beautiful landscaping also has a side yard adorned with orange and lemon trees. This stunning vacation home features a bonus entertainment room with designer carpet, polished white tile flooring, designer wall treatments and a two-car garage.

We are open for reservations! Your health and safety is important to us, so we are implementing enhanced cleaning protocols per the City of Palm Springs. Be assured that all linens and fabrics in the house will be sanitized and disinfected thoroughly between guests, and there is a minimum of 24 hours window between all stays.

Great Stay!

We loved the house, especially the outdoor pool area. The location was very close to downtown and the airport. Also, a convenient location to enjoy many activities. Great communication with (Tom) the homeowner. We had a couple of maintenance issues during our stay and Ben, the property manager, was extremely responsive to our requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable month

Spent the month working from Palm Springs. Great location - easy bike ride to shops etc, nice walks around in the evening. Views of mountains are nice as sun sets and glass of wine! The TV room is great for watching movies and relaxing. Def will book again for future visits

Perfect getaway!

I stayed here with friends and everything was great. From the pool to the rooms it is exactly as pictured. Perfect for a girls weekend. The only thing is one of the beds was broken and missing some support underneath. Other than that everyone was very pleased with the property and the location was so close to everything!

Hi Olivia, thanks for your review. This is the first time we have heard about a broken bed, I'm sorry! I do wish you would have let me or the house manager know so we could have sent someone to come by and take a look. We have had three guests stay since your visit and nobody has tcomplained that the bed is broken, but we will look into it.

Palm Springs Oasis

From Sept 27th to Sept 30th I and two girlfriends stayed in to celebrate my 55th Birthday. The house was perfect for our visit to Palm Springs. The absolute privacy of the back yard made sunbathing. The hot tub was a nice place to wind down in the evening. If the weather is warm/hot the temperature of the pool is perfect without adding heat. The house is immaculately kept and well stocked. Claudia was responsive to our single need while staying. The proximity to the airport, downtown Palm Springs, shopping and groceries could not be better. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a relaxing, private setting. Thank you for a great getaway!

Palm Springs has always been ones of my favorite places because it's such a unique escape from the hectic pace of our everyday lives. Nothing makes me happier than when guests tell me how much they enjoy the house and their stay in Palm Springs. I know what I expect from a vacation so my number one priority is to provide the same level of experience for my guests.

The house is very unique compared with many listings. It has a recessed living room floor and open concept, so you really get an indoor/outdoor feel with the french doors. Guest have told me the house is both "fun" and "cozy" and is the quintessential Palm Springs experience. It feel like you are on vacation the minute you walk in the door.

Beautiful outdoor area, which is completely enclosed and private. View of the mountain from the fire pit, and a gorgeous pool and spa surrounded by greenery. We have 3 fruit trees: orange, lemon, and limes. There is a hammock for reading or dozing off, and several loungers for suntanning or resting under the umbrellas if you prefer shade. It is very quiet and the neighborhood is extremely safe. You are walkable distance from Albertson's, a large supermarket that has everything you'll ever need, including beer, wine, and spirits. It really does feel like private oasis in the desert.
