As always, we had a wonderful month with family dropping in and having a good time. There was room for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and gadgets that we didn’t even know how to use. We can’t find a better place to stay. And the sunsets are the best!Thank you Carrie!

A month to remember

The location and the house, the view and the responsive of our hosts was absolutely wonderful. A few minor glitches were addressed immediately and communication with them was perfect. They even decorated the house for us for the holidays. I highly recommend this property for your extended stay in paradise!

Beautiful view - great location for Lobster Season

We stayed with family and friends for lobster season- GREAT location for getting to the lobster spots quick! Large dock for larger boats. Beautiful sunsets. Functional House layout (minus the washer and dryer being in the master bathroom). Only thing missing was a pool! But we would gladly stay here again. Great memories made!

Perfect for Friends and Family

The house has three levels of bedrooms which helps to separate our teens/young adults from the older group. The house is extremely spacious and the decks offer spectacular views. We had a couple of minor issues which the property manager responded to immediately (amazing for the keys - since everyone is laid back). It had a well equipped kitchen, two refrigerator/freezers, tons of bath towels and plenty of space for our stuff. Everything was in working order. We only stayed one month, but next year will stay even longer. The cove is shallow and we had difficulty with our grady white on the lift when the tide went out. I recommend this house for a true islamorada experience.

Sunsets & Blue Water

The house is beautiful. It is tucked into a lovely very quiet cove on Florida Bay. The house has three levels and two inside staircases. There is a bedroom on the main level, which includes the kitchen, living room and dining area. The wrap around porch on the main level is perfect. On the upper level there is a widow's walk which is where we watch most of the sunsets. Sunsets are not to be missed because they are so spectacular. The home is well equipped with TV access on every level, plenty of seating, a large dining table and breakfast bar. The kitchen has everything for making dinners and boat drinks and even has an alcove for computers/printers for those wishing to work while staying there. The property manager is a gem! Extremely responsive to any question. We had a small issue with an a/c unit. It wasn't discovered until late in the day when we returned from fishing. We were perfectly fine waiting until the next day for service, but she insisted on having someone there that day to fix it! There is a boat lift which will accommodate up to a 30' boat. Although the neighbors in front should trim back their bushes which hang in front of the lift. Low tide could affect getting in or out on the lift. There are loads of paddleboards, safety equipment and oars. Wonderful for an idyllic afternoon. The grill is on the downstairs patio which is great, allowing us to play games while grilling. There is a place for a trailer and room for two cars. Don't miss this!

Fantastic property, accurately represented

We had “working vacation” at this property on lower mat. Comfortable, well equipped property, attentive owners, great location. We rented a boat for the month and thoroughly enjoyed exploring and enjoying this part of the Keys. We had family and friends join for a couple of long weekends and the house layout was great for additional guests as well as home office spaces for the two of us. Sunset views are breathtaking and we swam off the dock nearly every day. Highly recommend this property for a monthly rental.

Absolutely loved our stay at this property. Stayed for a month with our adult children, all working remotely. Beautiful setting and home. Convenient to stores and restaurants in Islamorada.
