LOU FRANCESCAN is a superb air-conditioned apartment with 2 bedrooms. It is located in the historic district of Old Nice, a 5-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and its many beaches.



The decorative elements are borrowed from a variety of styles and eras: contemporary furniture with clean lines mingle with wallpaper and exotic objects as well as small finds in the flea markets of Nice.

Natural materials dress the interior: the raw wood of the furniture, the rattan suspensions and chairs, the stone of the sink in the master bedroom….



Its location in the heart of Old Nice, in a traditional Niçois building, requires access via stairs. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor (without an elevator), which may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues.

Fantastic Apartment in the Heart of Old Nice!

Fantastic apartment! Extremely clean, decorated with taste and very well equipped with everything needed to make your stay very comfortable! In the center of Old Town Nice, close to shops, restaurants, groceries, markets and transportation. Would definitely stay there again should I return to Nice.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, making it very homey and cozy. Very well stocked for a long-time stay. Great location, close to everything and quiet. We like having the markets right downstairs. Service is great, as usual with Nestor and Jeeves. Highly recommend this place for anyone who is planning to visit or stay for a longer period.

Can’tGet A Better Location!

A++ What a cool place to stay. Updated and comfortable. Right in the heart of Old Town. Lots of light and numerous patios. But-be prepared to walk up 50 stairs to get from the street to the apt. Well worth the steps and we hope to return again.

All the conveniences in the apartment Loved all the terraces and outdoor space. Everything was very clean. In the smaller bedroom there was no rod to hang clothes on in the wardrobe.

Great Location and Nice Property

A nice property with a good location making it convenient to walk to the beach, market or bus stop. The tram stop is only a few steps from the property. You do need to be able to handle stairs, there are steps to the property entrance and steps to the 3rd floor inside building. No elevators available.

A quiet and relaxing base to explore Nice

The apartment was perfect for our short escape to Nice in October. Everything was as it appeared on the listing, and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Had expected it to be a bit noisier given the location in the old town, but it was peaceful and private, as well as feeling secure. The busier streets were just a minute’s walk away, and we could be at the beach in just over 5 minutes. The apartment is close to a tram stop and there is a small Carrefour just across the square. The detour to collect and drop back the keys was OK, though needed a bit of planning on the final day. Although a bit more expensive than we would usually book, it was definitely worth the extra for the location, the quality of the apartment and the peace of mind.

St. Francois plaza Nice

Nice apartment with great location. Checkin and checkout are a little different and there isn't really a number to call as you must communicate through the app, but they did respond pretty promptly. Overall a great experience.
