The charming 2 bed/2 bath house, built in 1950 and lovingly renovated and expanded in 2016, is perfect for 1 or 2 couples or a small family. You will appreciate the fully equipped large kitchen and wine bar, the sparkling clean full bathrooms, the light and airy screened-in porch, and the large and comfortable living room. Additionally, the property is fully landscaped with a large backyard complete with a 2-person hammock and the sound of a soothing fountain. Enjoy a picnic lunch or dinner outside on the shaded patio beneath a lovely, mature pecan tree. If it's chilly, warm up by the chimenea and watch the yard art in the hen house! You are welcome to enjoy exploring Fredericksburg riding one of the many cruiser bikes available in the garage.
