Roaches

I stayed at this place for about 2 weeks. First, I will say the bathroom has roaches living under the vanity. I have seen them run out of the laundry room also. Bring a few large bricks with you because you will need it sitting on the couch, if you don't, you will likely be sitting on the floor. The bathroom stool is very short in height. I this it came from a daycare facility. I absolutely did not eat in this house for fear of roaches having dinner with me. I left before the lease end and didn't get much of a refund back.

We take pest control very seriously and are addressing the issue immediately with professional pest control services. In fact, we had a professional pest control company come out the same day we received your feedback for a thorough inspection and treatment. We are also taking your feedback regarding the seating and bathroom fixtures into consideration and will be evaluating options for upgrades. Regarding the refund, our policy is clearly stated in our listing agreement, and we are always willing to discuss individual circumstances. We are committed to providing a clean and comfortable stay for all our guests and are using this feedback to make necessary improvements. We also want to emphasize that we encourage guests to notify us of any issues during their stay so we can address them promptly. Had we been informed of the pest concerns earlier, we would have taken immediate action. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of any issues until the day of your departure.
