This was the third time we have stayed here. It's right where we need to be for our daily adventures. We know that it is clean, comfortable and quiet. More seating in the living room would be nice, but we just make sure we have our folding chairs to use. The deer wander through the parking lot ... We love it

Perfect location

Great location! We really enjoyed the condo. Was the perfect location to be able to explore Deadwood, Spearfish, and drive to Devils Tower. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Great setup for 2 couples

Condo is centrally located with easy access to everything you'd want to do in the hills. Nice remodel and super comfortable with 2 private master suites and an open concept living space. Property manager very responsive - would definitely stay there again!

We loved the condo. It was very clean and it made us feel very welcomed and comfy. We can't wait till we find another time to come to the hills and stay again. Will definitley tell others about it so they can stay there also when they visit the black hills. Also very affordable i thought to.

Our stay was good. The living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable and the chairs were very uncomfortable by the counter.

The condo worked out very well. Location was great for all we wanted to do. Size of unit is just right for 4 people. Very quiet in September. Scenery and animals were wonderful. The slider slats need some work but that is the only thing we found. Very pleased!!

Good location

Fairly nice condo overall, only has AC in the living room. Two main bedrooms with attached bathrooms which was awesome. Could have been a bit cleaner... the floor was quite dirty and the bathrooms need a deep clean. Probably would stay again if in the area.

The only issue was the door lock. It sometimes took 30 minutes to get in. Not a great experience on vacation. Property manager did everything she could over the phone. She was very helpful. I think it just might need to be replaced with a better model. Otherwise I was very happy with the unit and all services. I would stay again!

We are sorry for the issues with the lock. We haven't had any issues with it in the past, so we will definitely look into. The lock has a great security rating for vacation rentals, but is a 6-digit code, so if any numbers were missed could have been the issue. Appreciate the review and look forward to making your next stay better!

Clean and comfortable—would stay again

Overall it was a great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. The key pad was unusual and it took a long time to unlock the door every time we entered the apartment and the host was a bit slow in responding. But other than those two issues, it was a great place and those two things would not dissuade me from here staying again. Loved the Black Hills!

CONDO WAS AWESOME! BRETT WAS AWESOME! We came with 2 trucks with trailers and atv's. No where to park required to park on street with 72 hr limit . First come first serve if coming on weekend you will not have amywhere to park street with

This property claimed to sleep six, but only comfortably slept four. Two of our guests had to sleep on a very dirty and uncomfortable pullout sofa with a very thin mattress. They could feel the bars and springs through it. We ended up having to move it onto the floor. Although it was still quite uncomfortable, it was the best alternative. I would recommend this for anyone with a smaller group of four or less people that are OK with sharing two queen beds. The host had good communication and the property was mostly clean other than the mattress in the sofa bed and the toilet bowls. It was close to everything, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Short on a few things

We had a few issues with seating. There were no chairs, few amenities like foil in the kitchen. We had. 3 coffe pods for four people for 3 days. 2 soap pods for the dish washer and we had to turn the water on to one of the toilets. The worst part was the walkway from parking lot to sliding glass doors. One of our guests fell. It's hazardess with uneven steps.

Internet was weak and spotty - TV was terrible, couldn't find any live channels for current news or sports games - limited amount of dishes - bathrooms could have had a more thorough cleaning

Danny, thank you for staying. Sorry for any issues with the internet. We have never had issues before and did have the internet company out to check for any issues. We try to have the kitchen fully stock with utensils. We will check the inventory and see if anything is missing. Was there anything specifically you would like to see in there? We have always had great reviews on cleaning lady and do random spot checks monthly. Might have been caused by unit sitting empty between being rented.

New Years get away

This was our 2nd year staying here . It's an amazing location, close to all the great sights and happenings. And quiet place to come back too when we are done for the day. There is a few maintenance things that need attention. The patio blinds were broken last year and still were this year. We brought camping chairs to sit in as the couch only really fits 2. The stools are nice but not to watch TV or play games. Bottom line this is still an excellent place to stay.
