About Yvonne Starostecka
We enjoy spending weekends at the house, relaxing, reading books, going biking on the Michelson Trail, going out to dinner or touring the local attractions and new places we haven't seen yet. The changing weather conditions are always exciting to watch. We love going rock hunting, hiking, skiing and tubing with our kids. At night we cook dinners, sip wine and play board games.

Why Yvonne Starostecka chose Lead
It was love at first site. We saw the views from this house and the convenient location to so many activities, including skiing, the new Neutrino Lab in the historic Homestake gold mine and the close proximity to Deadwood events and the Michelson Trail.
What makes this House unique
We fell in love with the panoramic views of the mountains this property has to offer.

Very welcoming and comfortable! The large kitchen area made it nice for cooking and there was plenty of room for the four of us that stayed. Could have slept a few more comfortably. Would definitely recommend!
Very clean & cozy!
This is a very nice house with everything you need to feel at home! The owners are AMAZING!! They went above and beyond to drop off a bag we had forgot to my daughter in Rapid City. We will be back!
Great getaway for high school classmates
The only complaint I had was with Mother Nature. The layer of ice under the snow made getting to the house tricky. Even with all wheel drive. And need the city snow plow to help me get out of the driveway. Everything else was absolutely amazing
This property has a very unique layout and has been tastefully updated. We felt very at home and cannot think of anything that we would’ve changed from our stay.
Very nice, lots of room, beautiful decor. They had everything we needed for our stay.
We will definitely be back to this house. We enjoyed our stay and the commute into deadwood wasn’t bad, just a few minutes. Plenty of kitchenware for us to cook our own meals and the beds were very comfortable. The views were amazing.
Great house, good location for us. Poor water pressure for kitchen sink snd showers.
Within the past week, we installed a pump to increase the water pressure in the house.
Easy access to the Michelson trail that stretches from Lead to Hot Springs.
