Two Bedroom Ocean View Deluxe Luana Kai C303

 C303 with AC,is a deluxe, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, partial ocean view condo, with a king size bed upstairs and 2 twin beds downstairs. Great views over the pool area to the ocean, Maalaea Bay and the West Maui mountains. The floors are tiled except the bedrooms which are carpeted.  Unit C303 is decorated with Hawaiian and tropical prints. The modernized kitchen makes cooking a pleasure. A new Master shower was just installed and it is beautiful. There is a full size washer/dryer combo.  Pefect for packing light.  There is a dining table & chairs on the lanai for outdoor eating.  

Lovely pool area with hot tub, saunas & 5 gas bbq grills.  Tennis & pickleball courts.

C303 is on the third floor.  NO elevators so you walk up 3 flights of stairs.

Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

Thank you for being so kind. The ceiling and shower had an issue in the room you had reserved. The ground floor units are quite convenient since we do not have elevators. Also, C303 you had booked only has a/c in one bedroom. C105 you ended up in has a/c in both bedrooms and the living room. Thank you for visiting us.

Great condo with an amazing view!

We stayed at the condo for 11 days for family vacation. The condo was clean and well stocked (towels, TP, dishes, basic spices, etc.) I missed in the description that this property did not have air conditioning, so it does get hot during the day, but hopefully you’re out enjoying Maui during the day. I should also mention that you need to be very careful to clean up any food scraps constantly, as small bugs (sugar ants?) come up through the sink drains. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Great condo

We absolutely loved the clean condo that was stocked full of every kitchen amenity you could think of. We enjoyed the beach chairs and ice chests on one of our days to the beach that we bought and left boogie boards for the next guest. The grounds to the condo are kept very clean and have 5 amazing bbqs to use at your leisure. The walk to the beach is shirt and easy for all types of ages. Also the beach past the condo has sea turtles swim up every night where you also get to watch the sunset. We really enjoyed ourselves and the great neighbors who own 304 next door.

Location is great but wish building has an elevator or a ramp. It was really hard to carry items

Great find! Would happily stay here again

We really enjoyed staying at this property! It was as advertised in the listing, and we especially loved being able to walk to the beach. We had a few questions throughout our stay, and the host got back to us quickly every single time. Overall I would recommend this property! Great views from the balcony, good-sized for 4 adults, and good location for exploring Maui.

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago.  I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here.  I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY.  I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now.  Such a delight.
