This is a newly remodeled guest suite. with 2 bedrooms at basement level,and 2 bathrooms, in a calm ,quiet neighborhood. The kitchen, laundry room and living room and one bathroom at ground level. With its private entrance from the main house with a updated kitchen, very well-cared-for appliances, paint, bathrooms, flooring, and beds, everything is smoke-free. We also provide a small patio area to enjoy the scenery and calmness of our city. This sweet home is within a 2-10 mile range of various hospitals and 30 minutes from the airport. This sweet home is within a 20- 30- minute drive of 5 different ski resorts, and summer parks, some of them being the best in the nation surrounded by different ski resorts, city parks, hiking trails, grocery stores, shopping malls, and popular restaurants

Great place to ski and work remotely

We had such a great stay for just under a month -- we worked remotely at the desk and additional spare table -- then went skiing on weekends! Cristina and Mario are great hosts that are very communicative and go out of their way to make for a great stay!

Close to all ski resorts with easy access. Good space and sleeping quarters, with decent combo LR/kitchen. Clean. Excellent owner communication and attention to minor issue during our stay. Great place for skiing getaway where you need a home base to sleep/relax.

The place is very clean and has amazing view of the mountains. Location is good - close enough to the ski resort we went to. Hosts are very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Best spot for the fam!

With a job that can be done anywhere there is WIFI and the kids doing distance learning, we packed up and stayed 21 days in Utah. Christina and Mario's spot was perfect. Good sized space for 5 people, space to work, and do school and outdoor space for kids to run off some energy. (Plus dogs. The kids loved the dogs.) Super close to grocery stores and Target and access to the freeways. But the best part was the proximity to the mountains. We went hiking nearly every day and it was just a short trip to get to an awesome trail. Loved our time in Utah. Can't wait to go back. Fingers crossed we can stay with Christina and Mario again!

Comfortable home close to the Cottonwood Canyons

Easy communication with our hosts and a nice outdoor patio area to eat or work (WiFi reaches for laptops). There are dogs on the property separated from the unit by a fence. We chose this property because of its proximity to the Cottonwood canyons and had a great time hiking in the area. Thanks Christina & Mario!

We are a couple in love with life; we love to travel, we live life to the fullest, wine at sunset, lounging at the beach, making new friends are very important to us, and family is our priority.

Why they chose this property

Great location near the ski resorts. Spacious location for a group looking to get to the mountains quickly.
This place is a great value for skiers. Less than 1/2 hour access to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons and within an hour of Park City and Sundance. Also, easy access to shopping centers and food markets. There is also a nearby gym by the name of dialed in fitness which is 5 minutes away.

What makes this property unique

You will have a private backyard section that you can plan your virtual time, work from home, school, or even meetings. you will enjoy the view of our beautiful mountains the calmness of our neighborhood and even do some squirrel watching. There is also a grill that is available for your use. We do have 2 family dogs who live on the other side of the separated yard, an American shepherd by the name of Bear who is very loving and friendly, and a mastador by the name of Silver who is learning to socialize. We ask that you give Silver time to warm up to silver, he gets nervous with strangers.
