Nancy and her husband are very nice, communicated well, and handled our one request promptly. The house is in a nice, quiet area and has a beautiful yard. The VRBO does not have a thermostat separate from the rest of the house. We stayed in October and it wasn't an issue but if you're temperature-sensitive, be aware that your control is limited to a fireplace and opening/closing windows.We found the beds comfortable, the rainfall shower is awesome, and there's plenty of space in the unit. We were very comfortable and would be happy to stay there again.

I loved staying in this place! The hosts were so responsive, and the place was so spacious and well furnished for the four of us. We were here for a ski trip at Snowbird, and we would definitely stay again.

Sweet cozy house, comfortable beds, very convenient location on a residential area, super clean and well furnished. Hot tub was a great treat after skiing. The hosts are lovely people - it was such a pleasure staying in their house. Would love to come back!

Great escape in a perfect location!

Stayed here in April for just under 2 weeks and was extremely happy with every aspect this place! Very comfortable, clean, well equipped and most importantly great bed and pillows!!Location is perfect to access anything in the area and neighborhood is very quiet. Would book again anytime.

Overall we had a fantastic experience at the house. The only glitch was the listing stated there were three Queen Beds and a futon. When we arrived, we found 1 king, 1 queen and 1 futon. When inquired about the 3rd queen, we were told that we needed to request the bed. A Queen air mattress was brought in (and made up) quickly, which was nice. We just didn’t expect to have one of us sleep on an air mattress.

This is a beautiful property with great hosts. They are on property so any issues or questions get answered quickly. A truly enjoyable experience. The beds were very comfortable. We would come back and stay here again.

Lovely property in a beautiful neighborhood. Check in was easy. Very roomy with plenty of space to spread out inside. Kitchen has what you need for your stay. Very new appliances, full sized washer and dryer. We really liked the spaciousness of the bathroom and shower. Easy to get to downtown Salt Lake City, hiking, ski resorts, etc. Hosts were very helpful - would definitely stay here again!

Refuge

We stayed in this VRBO on short notice for a funeral. It was the perfect refuge at the end of some very emotional days. The home is beautiful, set back in a quiet neighborhood away from busy roads and traffic, and has everything one would need to be comfortable. Thank you Nancy and Chris for hosting us.

The Cottage

Very cute and comfortable accommodations. The gardens were beautiful and well taken care of. Nancy and Chris were easily accessible and took care of any concern. I would definitely rent again.

Excellent!!!

This was a beautiful property. Everything from reservation to check out went seamlessly. Very clean, comfortable furniture, GREAT shower there’s a nice little kitchen so you can cook for yourself if you want to. Beautiful Hot tub. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. I would definitely book there again, it was perfect for our vacation.
