ABOUT THE SAND AND THE EVER CHANGING BEACH: In the spring, the tide begins to carry sand in from the ocean and deposit it on the beach. The sand on the beach becomes deeper each week and by late summer can be several feet deep. During the winter, the process is reversed. The tide begins to carry the sand back out to the ocean. At times there can be no sand on the beach exposing the cobble (football sized rocks) that is ordinarily covered by sand. The cobble can be dificult to walk on.

Stayin right on the ocean was amazing. The place was clean, comfortable and easy with the personal codes to enter. Don was great to work with and was prompt with everything including the deposit return. Malibu was a great location for us. Convenient to Santa Monica, Hollywood and Universal. It really is an inredible value for “Walls of Glass”.
Wow! What a view!
From the moment you walk in the front door, you are blown away with the view; which is spectacular! My husband and I stayed in every night as no restaurant could top our view. We loved hearing the waves crash against the rocks while enjoying the stars above. We found a wonderful cafe (Cafe Marmalade) a few miles down the road that served delicious food, especially the bran infused muffin...yum! Thank you Don for sharing this stunning view with us!
Thank you Lori, to be honest, the panoramic view of the ocean when you first walk through the front entry door has always struck me as sensational. I acquired "Walls of Glass" in 1987 as distressed property. A large, fireplace obscured the ocean view. I removed the fireplace and voila! A 180 degree view of Big Rock Beach, Malibu's most panoramic and scenic beach. "Lucky is better than smart" as the saying goes.

The property had everything we needed for our get away. Excellent location, easy access to restaurants, grocery shopping and entertainment, if you can make yourself leave the view! Can't wait to return.

Unparalleled Ocean Views
Panoramic oceanfront views from both the living room and master bedroom-you will not find better views in anything near this price range at any other property in Malibu, especially this close to Santa Monica and Topanga Canyon. You only hear the ocean once inside. Very clean and functional with some nice updating. We plan to return next year.

Another awesome vacation at WOG
Our 8th visit to WOG was great, already booked for 2019! Wonderful, relaxing, the ocean below, beautiful sunsets, all the amenities of home! Don is consummate manager/host, always eager to please his guests. 80” TV, kitchen items, comfortable beds and more make this an unbeatable getaway! Thank you, Don! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay at Walls of Glass was just perfect.
The house was just as described. The view is incredible we really enjoyed our stay. The location is great a supermarket is nearby also malibu pier and santa monica.
The owner was very reliable and helpful he answered all our questions right away. We had a great stay and we are definitely planning on coming again.
