Step into this historic Sears Home. This is one of two Sears homes in Fredericksburg, Texas. Sears homes were kit homes available to purchase through the Sears, Roebuck & Co. catalogue from 1908-1914. This home was completely renovated in 2020 and sits one block from Main St. It is close to Hondo's, Crossroads, the Pioneer Museum and more. You will love how light and airy this home is, how convenient it is to everything, and the large & inviting kitchen. Get away to Fredericksburg in this hand built home!
