Sears home is 1 of 3 private cottages on this property. These are three self-contained private units. All are super private and high end. ***************************** We work hard not to nickel and dime you. There is only one fee. This is an all-inclusive fee that covers linens, hot tub, lawn service, Wi-Fi, booking etc. The cleaning fee and local 7% Fredericksburg Hotel Occupancy Taxes are included in the nightly rate. ***************************** We are a "Treat Yourself Property". We know you pay a lot to stay, and our goal is to make it easy. So, when you head home, please leave the property "as you like". Should you choose to start a load of towels, run the dishwasher and take out the trash, we are incredibly thankful, but the choice is yours. ***************************** We are active owners.
