Located just 6 blocks from Main Street, Sweet Emmy's is a must see & stay vacation rental! The gleaming hardwood floors greet you, and beckon you into this fabulous 1935 home! Modern amenities abound inside from the full kitchen with granite counters, two full bathrooms with walk-in showers going outside to the bubbling hot tub, and gas grill! Yet all still keeping the quaint charm that is Fredericksburg! One stay and you will be hooked!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Inside of the home was clean. Beds are comfortable but the living room furniture isn’t. The outside front porch can probably use a good power wash and some more comfortable furniture as well. We sat out there both mornings. AC tends to run for a really long time so probably not the most efficient. When we first arrived it took forever to cool down. Neighborhood is really easy to access Main Street but far enough away that it is nice and quiet. We called about the AC and management was very responsive which was great. We also appreciated the fact that we didn’t have to do a bunch of chores before we checked out. We come to Fredericksburg at least once a year and would stay here again.

This was a very cozy place to stay. Perfect for the family to gather and enjoy time together. It was close to downtown yet far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy the charms of Fredericksburg and not settle on a hotel stay but a relaxing, charming space. It's not too big nor not too small.
