Location is perfect, own private beach but easy walk into downtown Kelowna. The property was well stocked with everything you need for cooking, including a BBQ. Beach was very swimable with a small park next door! Very kid friendly! Enjoyed by all!

The rental suite consists of the view side of the main floor facing the rear yard, lake and dock. The property is best described as older antique, however the bathrooms are modern. The kitchen is well outfitted and has all of the required appliances and cookware. We enjoyed sitting in our chairs at the end of the dock enjoying the sun and the uncommon convenience of being able to walk to restaurants and shopping in downtown Kelowna. There is also a small waterfront park next door.

We loved this stay. Our hosts were amazing to work with. We loved we could walk everywhere downtown we also so enjoyed being able to swim right off the dock. The beds were so comfortable and property was so clean thank you your property was perfect.

The property location is excellent within walking distance to downtown. Being right on the water front makes for exceptional views. Lots of things to do in the area with Knox Mountain park just a few minutes away. Excellent hiking trails! Even the deer liked the sandy beach area right next door.

This location is super accessible to downtown and a true bonus to have beach access. The home has old charm and lots of space and the sauna was a bonus.

A Fantastic Lakefront Vacation

We had the most incredible time staying at Lake Breeze! Kari and Dave could not be more accomodating hosts, and really made us feel welcome. The property is absolutely beautiful. If we hadn't pre-booked a wine tour, we probably wouldn't have left! Take me back...

Amazing host and very cozy place

We loved the place. My husband and I work way too much but we able to do some work and still enjoy our time with kids. We loved the proximity to water, evening breeze and walking distance to downtown. The place is a bit older and rather modest in finishes but the host is very responsive and she can add anything you might be missing.

Excellent location

We were attending an event at Prospera place, it is a quick 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk. Views are fantastic and even though some of the space could be upgraded (bathroom), it is still such a great property to be in. The communication was excellent and Tonya was as so quick to reply with questions and help. Fantastic. Compared to a hotel, you can’t beat a place like this for comfort and homeliness.

The home and area was great. Disappointed with access to beach as the dock had no ladder and no way down from retaining wall from property to water. Just not what I was expecting.
