Harbor Springs Blueberry Beach House Summer Weekends Available! Downtown, beach!

4 bedroom/ 2 full bathroom recently remodeled home! Location could not be better! 3 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from downtown! Does have A/C (but please keep in mind it is an older home with not a lot of vents so can get warm on the upper level). Blueberry Beach is an updated charming Victorian home with wraparound front porch. Downtown (5 min walk) Lake Michigan (7 min walk). Boyne/Nubs Nob (10-15 minute drive).

Sleeping 8, there are four bedrooms on the upper level. The first bedroom is equipped with bunk beds, the second on has a king sized bed, the third has another king bed, and the fourth a queen. There is a full bath upstairs as well as a full bath on the first floor. Dining room, upstairs den, first floor family room, kitchen, washer and dryer, and ceiling fans along with a fully stocked kitchen, your home away from home! As of July there will be additional improvements too! Paint, deck, and some cool new decor!

There is plenty of outdoor seating and entertaining space including an outdoor bar, patio set, fire pit, and cornhole. This home is the perfect year round vacation home. Petoskey and Charlevoix are less than 30 min away. Welcome to the Blueberry Beach House!

Fantastic Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Blueberry Beach House. Such a perfect location! We biked to Petoskey, walked into town and the beach several times. And it was the best spot for the 4th of July parade and fireworks viewing. Also, we appreciate the little things like all the beach towels available and nightlights and standup fans in each room. Can't wait to come back!

Cute place! Perfect location!

We loved it - very cozy and plenty of beds. Kitchen was great with all of the things you need but don’t want to bring - like coffee, spices, etc. location is amazing and a walk to downtown Harbor.

Great Home!

We stayed here over President’s Day weekend and this was a fantastic home and location. Easily fit two families of 4, was walking distance to downtown and basically right around the corner from the supermarket. Would highly recommend

Wonderful Stay at the Blueberry Cottage!

Location, location ,location! We enjoyed the ability to walk into downtown so easily! We were in-town for a wedding and enjoyed gathering on the wrap around front porch as well rear deck with a picnic table. The home was comfortable for 5 adults … it is very cottage vibe but adequate for a long weekend!

Great winter getaway!

Perfect rental for our group of 4 adults & 4 teens. Close to all the slopes and to downtown Harbor Springs. Owner was very helpful & responded to questions right away. Would highly recommend. We'll be back next ski season for sure!

Quaint House in Great Location

Plenty of space for our family in this cute house in the heart of Harbor Springs. We had lots of fun playing games and visiting. The kitchen was well-stocked, lots of towels and Stacey was a great host - very responsive and helpful. Thumbs up!

Very charming and roomy home in a perfect location.

We loved this home and the location! The kitchen was extremely well stocked and made cooking our meals much easier than in most other VRBO homes we have rented. It was very clean and decorated in a fun, beachy way. We ate dinner every night on the covered patio and really enjoyed the new BBQ grill. It was also great to have access to the garage for our vehicles. Highly recommend this home.

Cute house in a perfect location!

This house is in a perfect location, and you have access to a two-car garage, bicycle, Pack ‘N Play, and stroller. We grilled each night and ate on the patio. Great communication with the property manager. There was plenty of room for our seven family members. There were lots of pans and other kitchen necessities. Great house—our second time staying here.

Great family property

We had a great ski vacation in Harbor Springs while staying at the Blueberry Cottage. We appreciated having plenty of full size beds for the 5 adults in our party. The house was roomy and had LOTS of TVs- also important with 5 adults with diverse TV tastes. The kitchen was very nice with newer appliance and all of the supplies we needed. The stairs were a bit tricky as they were narrow and steep. The host was fabulous and gave great information before our arrival and responded quickly to any questions. We will stay here again!

Little Blue House

This house is in a great location but leaves much to desire for amenities and overall usefulness. All four bedrooms are upstairs and only one bathroom which means some people have to march up and down the very small staircases to shower at any time. The downstairs bathroom is very small and has no counter space. The floors throughout the house are worn and creaky. The bedroom I was in had no night stands to hold your phone, iPad or glasses or a glass of water. There was some areas that were not clean, mainly window sills but there was also large cobwebs on the front porch and by the door. Our keypad failed our last night there which left us in the rain for a bit but the manager helped us out. Overall not a great house and definitely not worth the money.

Nice home with great proximity to central Harbor Springs. Quick response from owner with A/V problems which, unfortunately, could not be remedied in our short time there. Would recommend as a great place.

Great location, needs improvements

Blueberry Beach Cottage was in a great location for those who want to stay close to downtown H.S. The house was as advertised with 4 rooms (comfy beds) and two bathrooms which was perfect for our group. However, the house is antique and needs many improvements for functionality and comfort. Neither staircase had handrails which was very troubling for our 80 yo parents. (all beds are on upper floor) Due to the age and condition of the floors, doors and windows, every movement of every person in the upper floor can be heard at night. Windows are very old and must be propped open by the spindles laying in the sills. Ceiling fan in bed 2 is broken. Window in bed 1 painted shut. The back door slams and the first floor bathtub has drainage issues. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances were great. We enjoyed the use of the two bikes in the garage. The outdoor space needs some attention. The deck was partially finished which led to some splinters for our kids. Again, no handrail on the deck stairs. Overgrown landscaping helps with privacy but provides a haven for mosquitos. Overall, we made the most of being together in a great location. I would recommend a more accurate description of the condition & age of the house in the rental listing.

Great Stay

This is our second year at the Blueberry! It's a great house with really good space for a large family. The location is perfect, close to town, beaches, and grocery store. The house is equipped with everything that you will need for your stay! The only negative is it can get hot upstairs but there are fans in each room and the cool nights in Harbor make it nice when you can open windows! We will be back!

Great place to stay!

We loved the house and its comfortable and roomy surroundings. Easy place to be a home base to explore the entire Northern Michigan experience. We would come back in a moment! The only thing unclear was whether the gift tote and its contents were something we could take as a souvenir but we left it just in case it wasn’t.

Great summer stay in Harbor Springs

We had three couples stay in the home for an extended wedding weekend. It is a short walk to Downtown Harbor Springs - we walked down the hill for coffee and lunch and great shopping every day. The home is very well equipped and the host was very quick to help and respond to every message. Nice outside areas too to enjoy Michigan mornings and evenings! Up North cottage / beach house feel - a great place for a long weekend or week long stay in one of Michigan’s great places!

Our family is from downstate however Harbor Springs is our favorite place to be. It has it all from beaches, shoppings, location, golf, restaurants, and awesome skiing.

Enjoy ice cream from Yummie's, grab a world famous burger at The Paper Station, or munch on Tom's Moms's cookies, just pick yourself up and walk out the door..they are that close!

Charlevoix, Mackinac, Petoskey, Bay Harbor, Traverse City are not far way and each city offers a perfect way to spend the day. Enjoy cherries, famous fudge, or fresh seafood right on the water.
