Memory Lane with Community Pool!

Memory Lane near Weirs Beach, Lake Winnipesaukee access home, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Great amenities and location, community pool.

Will sleep up to 8 people. Walk into a entry way, head up the stairs onto the main floor bedroom with Queen bed plus a Twin Cot and a 3/4 bathroom. Open living space and outside deck for grilling and eating outdoors! Upstairs are two bedrooms (one with a King Bed and one with a Full Bed and Twin Bed) and one full bathroom.

Weirs Beach Village has a community pool and is a short walk (uphill to get home so you may want to drive!) to Weirs Beach and Weirs Boulevard. Great place to land for your Lakes Region vacation!

Please note: Linens are not included with this home so you will need to bring your own sheets and towels, or you can rent them from Break Away Rentals. 5 stars! Beautiful!

I stayed 4 days with my sister and mother. We were so happy and didn't want to leave. The house was just as described and more. Beautiful, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need from home. Very clean and comfortable. The front door did have a lot of stairs for my 82 year old mom, but she was able to use the back door which had only 2 steps. Great Stay!

Wonderful experience

The house and location were amazing! We really enjoyed the area and the layout of the house was perfect for our needs. The only hiccup was during check-in, when there was no key left to enter the house. We finally were able to contact the property manager and gained entry. We would definitely recommend this property and would rent again!

Family wedding visit

The property was just beautiful, cozy and very clean. The location was perfect as we were visiting to attend my sisters wedding on Lake Winnipesaukee. Our only inconvenience was there were no extra rolls of toilet paper, only the half used rolls already in the 2 bathrooms (unsanitary so those were thrown away) also only one extra roll of paper towels, in addition to again a half used roll in the kitchen. There were only 2 hangers in the closet to use for our wedding clothes. So we had to go to the grocery store and stock up on things we needed. If I were to suggest anything it would be to ensure the home has the basic daily necessities. Otherwise, great stay!

Clean and Comfortable

Property was clean, comfortable, and spacious for 6-7 adults and adult teens to play games together or to have some privacy. House had all the basics to make a nice meal (other than the food of course) and location was close to lots of activities or to just have a nice dinner outside and enjoy some live music.
