Luxury 2 Story Condo, Largest Unit, Poolside, Private Beach Access


Located within the exclusive community of Sanctuary at Redfish, luxury and serenity await. Beyond the gates of Redfish, you are minutes away from Grayton Beach, WaterColor Beach and Seaside along with all the dining and shopping each has to offer. Once inside your luxury condo is a full size balcony across the entire first floor looking out onto four pools, two Jacuzzi and private pool cabanas. From the master bedroom and secondary master, step out onto individual private balconies, with breathtaking views of Big Redfish Lake and the turquoise waters off Blue Mountain Beach.

The first floor is where all guests come together for dining, entertainment and socializing. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare large or small meals. With a large island bar that seats six (6) and a dining table that seats eight (8), there is plenty of room to enjoy the snacks and meals that come out of the kitchen. For a little more comfort, head to the large sectional couch and perhaps check the latest scores or news on the large screen TV. To complete the atmosphere of fun and socializing, head over to the full size pool table and let the games begin.

When you aren’t wanting to dine and socialize, you’ll head upstairs to the bedrooms. The over-sized master bedroom has a king size bed, large sitting area with a couch, bar and wine fridge. The ensuite bathroom has a full size walk in shower and separate full size tub. Spread out over two sinks. And yes, step out onto the room’s private balcony.

The second master bedroom also has a king bed and private balcony. Enter its own ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo and single sink vanity.

The third bedroom has two (2) queen size beds with its own ensuite bathroom, shower/tub combo and single sink vanity.

The fourth room is a bunk room with four (4) bunk beds making it a great area for kids. It even has its own sitting area and two (2) TVs.

When you are ready to head to the beach, what a better way to get there than by boat. For beach access their is a full time boat captain and pontoon boat that will shuttle you back and forth to Blue Mountain Beach through beautiful Lake Redfish. Waiting for you on the beach is 1 Beach Setup by La Dolce Vita that includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella.

But wait there’s more. Two outside grills and a large fire pit provide an outdoor dining experience. At the lake, there is a covered dock where guests can relax, fish or board the pontoon boat (March - October) for a scenic boat ride through the lake to the beach. The resort also boasts a fitness center and covered parking garage.

We Love Sanctuary at Redfish

This past stay was our 11th year at Sanctuary at Redfish and the 2nd at this condo. We really enjoyed the week. Everything about the unit worked fine, and all was very clean and well organized. The Gulf was absolutely beautiful -- hardly any waves, crystal clear water, and no seaweed or jelly fish! We love Captains Kristina and Bob and enjoy the boat ride to the beach and back every time.

We had a great stay at this resort and unit. It was incredibly spacious for our family of 10. Kelly was amazing and responsive as we navigated a few check-in glitches. The staff working at the resort were also very friendly. My husband lost his wallet and the cleaning staff located it and mailed it back to us. So incredibly thankful for that!! Our family with two college kids and one in hs spent thanksgiving at this very roomy, clean and convenient condo . Condo is on the first floor with very easy access to pool and gym. For our family it was so easy to spend time together while everyone having their own personal space. We played pool, watched football and just relaxed. Hot tubs on the property were very hot and more importantly working . Mgmt company was very responsive . As regular users of vrbo - this has been one of our best experiences .

Spacious condo in a great location

This is a spacious and clean condo, with an owner who is super easy to work with. We had a small plumbing leak that we discovered right when we checked in, and both the owner and property manager were on top of things immediately. The whole Sanctuary at Redfish property is beautiful and well kept up. We like the Blue mountain beach area as it's slightly quieter than other sections of 30A, and way quieter than Destin and Panama City Beach. We would certainly consider a return to Condo Isla June again in the future!

The unit was roomy and adequately furnished. The only shortcoming was the room described as 4th bedroom that contained 2 sets of bunk beds, no closet and no easy access to a bathroom since other baths adjoined other bedrooms and half bath was downstairs.

This was the second year we have spent our vacation in this condo. It's beautiful and we love it! My only complaint was the dishwasher. It worked, but seemed to be way past its prime. Was told it is on list to be replaced. I would expect that we will return in the coming years. Again, we loved it! Thank you.

Spacious condo

We have stayed at SRF several times but this was the best condo by far! It was very convenient to be on the ground level! Although we were right next to the pool grounds, it was very quiet in the condo. Our only complaint was the wrist bands that are new to the property. You needed them to enter the pool and ride the boat to the beach. With many tweens, these were a pain to keep track of. One came off in the ocean of in the first 15 mins we were there. The property manager suggested taking them off when we got to the beach. We ended up losing a couple and had to pay for them. All in all it was a great location if you don’t mind the short trip to the beach!

Perfect Condo & Location on 30A

We've traveled to Santa Rosa beach six times over the past decade. This is our second time staying in this unit over the past four years, and clarly our favorite condo option. Large, open concept main floor, with enough bedding on the second floor to easily accomodate a couple of small families (we were just a family of 4). The kitchen is well stocked for making a vaiety of meals when you want to eat in. The outdoor porch area was huge, with perfect views close to the pool, yet tucked away enough that you still felt you had some privacy. The pools were moderately busy, but not over crowded. We actuallt liked the idea of the wristbands, and didn't find them difficult to use. While the walk to the beach isn't direct and it's doable in about 10 minutes... but the pontoon boat option across the small lake was quick and reliable. Never more than a phone call and a couple minute wait at the beach to return back. The entire property had a resort-like feel. Owners and property manager were very easy to communicate with, and provided detailed information and easy accessibility if questions came up. If this is your first time on 30A, definitely consider this unit at Santuary at Redfish, and definitely stay on the western side of 30A. It's a more relaxed atmosphere than the Seaside/Secrest/Ally's Beach area. Santa Rosa Beach area is the way to go!

Overall it was very Good

The house was very nice with plenty of room except for the very small bedroom at the top of the stairs, which only had saloon type doors. My grandson stayed in there and the light and noise from the stairs and downstairs would keep him awake at night. Also there's no fan or much air movement in that room so he was hot, I ask if they could furnish us a fan but they said they didn't have any. I suggest you bring a fan for air movement and to drown out noise. The pools are great and right outside the condo, the grands loved them. I was disappointed as far as access to the beach. I did not realize that at the time we were there the boat that takes you to the beach only ran certain hours and stopped running at 6:00. So if you want to go to the beach in the evening and/or see the sunset you have to drive somewhere else. And you cannot see the beach from this condo. This was my only disappointment with this place was not having a true beach experience, which is why we made the trip to Florida. Otherwise we had a great time.

Relaxing Family Vacation

Very nice place. Plenty of room for the whole family. If you are looking to relax and chill, this is the place to stay. The boat shuts down at 7 and the pool closes at 10, so if you want to party all night, you may want to stay elsewhere. This was exactly what we needed.
