The family friendly setup includes a spacious living room centered around a gas fireplace, along with a sofabed and a separate dining area with for seating six. The full kitchen includes granite countertops, major appliances, and all the dishes, silverware, and glassware you need to create a wonderful meal while on vacation. Up to three guests can enjoy a casual meal at the breakfast bar before heading off to the mountain. If you're truly looking to take it slow, head out to the balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the view of the ski mountain, the river and the outdoor pool. Guests will be able to enjoy access to that heated pool, along with three hot tubs and other shared amenities. Relaxation is practically built into the design at this condo!

The building features a front desk and concierge in main lobby, with the popular El Sabor restaurant, great for takeout or grab-and-go meals, just off the main lobby as well. On the first floor you'll find the business center, pool and hot tubs! Should you need ski gear, Charter Sports is right on the second floor, catering to skiers of all levels. Also on the second floor are coin operated washers and dryers. Off the property you’ll find Vail General store and Lionshead Liquors just around the corner. All nearby Lionshead restaurants and shops are a short distance away for when you’re not spending your time on the slopes. Adventure Ridge at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola operates day and night, in both winter and summer, for unbeatable family fun!

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
