BOOK YOUR SUMMER VACATION NOW! CHECK OUT THIS BARGAIN ON THE BEACH!! Managed by the Owner and not a management company! Best place to be in PCB!! AquaVista is a low density complex located on the west end of Panama City beach within one mile of Pier Park! Great beach rental for couples, families of four, and no greater than 3 adults! Restaurant and Winn-Dixie grocery store across the street. This is a two bedroom, two bath 1200 sq. foot unit with spectacular views from the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Tastefully decorated with a coastal feel. Large balcony! Free beach chairs and umbrella during season (March 15 - October 15, 2026). Wireless Internet and desk. Work from the beach!
Condo is disinfected after every visitor for your safety. Photo of Driver’s License (front and back) is required for condo rental.

Note: Monthly rentals are available from December 1 - March 1 at a discounted rate... deep cleaning upon departure required.

Had a issue when first arrived, but called the owner and he took care if it immediately. If any issue they will make it right. Property was great, had all the essentials need in the kitchen, great access to beach. Not crowded which we like due to having my family. Was away from the party crowd but also still close to all things. Would stay here again not questions asked!

We liked everything!

There was nothing we did not like about this property. Easy access to beach, condo tastefully furnished and fully stocked. We loved the big balcony and terrific views. Very nice private beach. Definitely will consider this property for future beach trips!

Perfect stay

Everything was clean and everything worked except 1 TV. I emailed the owner and they fixed it right away. Very enjoyable and will certainly stay there again. Some other bonuses were fast elevators and an uncrowded beach.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The location is close to Pier Park and different restaurants. The beach chairs were a nice addition to the experience.

Great condo

The condo was clean and overall excellent condition. My only complaint would be the long codes to enter the condo unit itself and the dishwasher was hard to open.

This property was in a great location on a quieter part of the beach. The condo was perfect and the hosts were wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back.

Best solo trip ever!

Originally, my adult kiddo was supposed to accompany me on this trip. However, something came up and I decided to go by myself. Although I was a little nervous about traveling 7 1/2 hrs from home alone, I’m soooo glad I did. The condo was perfect and my stay was very enjoyable. I felt very safe at Aquavista while in my room, the parking garage and on the beach. I think I’ve started a new tradition! Lol. I would definitely return!

The owner was extremely responsive and very thorough with their explanations. The property was exactly as described. The view is unmatched and the location was perfect! We loved that Winn Dixie was directly across the street and Pier park was less than a mile away. The beach was never crowded and had plenty of space. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Awesome

The balcony overlooking the beach was our spot. To wake up and have a cup of coffee every morning watching the ocean was so peaceful. The owner was amazing with all communication. Answered questions in a very timely manner. A very memorable trip.

Very Clean Condo in an Excellent Location

The condo has amazing views and is well-situated in a less crowded area of PCB. The condo has many thoughtful touches, e.g. the light switches are labeled; there is a large basket of beach towels; the kitchen has everything from a crock pot to a kitchen shears! Chris was super helpful and communicative throughout the process. Highly recommend! We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing getaway

Great property on quiet end of PCB. Condo is wonderful the decor, great location, easy in and out! We had an amazing time, water was so great in gulf and pool! Condo owner was quick to respond when contacted. Easy to work with. Will definitely be back!

Great place!

We have booked this condo for 3 years running for many reasons. It is clean, the kitchen is wonderfully equipped, the decor is up to date, the beds are comfortable, the other furniture is comfortable, and Chris is quick to reply to all communication. He is a 5 star host, and his unit is 5 star. I highly recommend it (unless you want it the time I want it!)

Perfect summer vacation spot

We were all very pleased with the condo. It is very much the same as advertised in the listing. Very comfortable with the space and location of the property…close enough to attractions but far enough for peace and quiet. Beach access was easy and not overcrowded. Definitely planning to return!
