The house in this upscale neighborhood is tastefully furnished in contemporary style . Great property for two couples with nice separation between master and guest bedrooms and bathrooms. Open the glass in the lanai if you prefer screens, or keep closed for those cooler evenings. Eat inside or on the lanai.

We spent January 2026 in this centrally-located, very comfy home. The home was clean and the hot tub was a great addition, considering some chilly days in January. The location was primo! We could not have asked for more. Thanks, Sue!

Quiet, relaxing gem of a location!

Enjoyed our month long stay. Everything we needed was provided. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus along with the golf cart! Home was very clean and decorated beautifully. Great location, close to shopping and recreation. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful house in a perfect location!

The hot tub was fantastic, as was the Roman Shower! Furniture was super comfy and everything was very clean. Host was responsive to each of my inquiries. Location was awesome! 13 pools within a mile radius and about 30-40 golf courses within 5 miles!!!!

Great location!

Great location between Lake Sumter and Brownwood Town Centers. Quiet, upscale neighborhood. House is clean, comfortable, and had all amenities needed. Owner is very responsive. Check-in and departure was a breeze!

Awesome!!

We Loved this property! Proximity to Town Squares, Golfing, Rec Centers and Restaurants was superb! Using the golf cart was so convenient and the hot tub was Heavenly! We will definitely want to stay again. Communicating with the owner was quick and easy.

Comfy & Helpful

Stayed the week with my mother to visit Grandmother in The Villages. Home was well furnished and even had extras you wouldn't expect. Host was extremely contactable, and helpful, took care of anything we asked with an amazing attitude. Will stay again very soon.

Great stay in The Villages

The house was even better than the pictures on website. Everything was immaculate, the bed was comfortable and the Hot Tub was perfect. The kitchen was equipped with anything you could want. Our little dog enjoyed the lanai every day she’d stand at the door to get out there and relax. Hope to return soon! Thank you

Stay at the villages

The experience was great. The property was very clean and comfortable. Everything needed for a syay aeay from home was provided. Although the filter on thr ice machine on the refrigarator needed replacing he only thing I would like to have like to have is blinds on the sliding doors, and televisions in the rooms. Other than that, it still was a wonderful place to stay.

Perfect Villages location---sparkling clean and new

Our 10 day stay was awesome. Sue is very accessible and communicates with lightening speed. The house is exactly as described and nearly everything is new including kitchen, bedding and furniture. Tremendous little extra added touches made our stay perfect. And the hot tub was perfect and very private! Our welcome gift and detailed instructions were amazing. So close to everything you need. A+ stay, house and host...we will be back on our next trip to The Villages.

Opportunity to explore The Villages

We truly enjoyed our stay at the property. House was well kept and clean as could be. Positioned nicely between the Town Squares and on a quite little street. The house was also well stocked! It's always disappointing when you get a VRBO and it's sterile inside, not a spice, paper towel or extra roll of TP to be found. This was certainly not that. Also a stocked kitchen with decent items. So many VRBO's seem like they went and hit an IKEA before you arrived. The glasses, plates, pans, utensils were items you would find in our own house.Questions and contact with the property manager were answered promptly and she was a wealth of information. Very helpful.We could not have been more pleased with our choice.

Disappointed

Nice house but needs work. Both toilets didn't work properly. The master would keep running if you didn't raise the handle after flushing. The other you had to hold the handle down for it to fill properly. The third bedroom only had a folding chair if you wanted to use the desk for any period of time. The carpets were dirty and had some stains. The tile looked clean but was not. If water dropped on it a black puddle appeared. There were only three or four wash cloths so we bought more. The Lanai was nice. The pots in the kitchen need replaced. It was nice there were condiments, salt, pepper and spices. We had to wear shoes or slippers or our feet got black. The smoke alarm went off so we had to pull the dead battery in the guest room. There was mold in that rooms window track.

This review is clearly an outlier from all others, including the previous guest who was very comfortable there. I sent new washcloths when the guest complained. There is no mold in the house. Sorry it wasn't a good fit for these guests, but they are alone in their dissatisfaction.

Loved hot tub, loc and owner.

We used the hot tub every day. We loved being minutes from Bonifay CC, Captiva rec center and fitness center at Colony Cottage. Great owner let us do early check in and late check out. Very nice home

CLEAN and incredibly convenient. Nice furniture, very comfortable beds, and perfect set-up for more than one couple/family with pocket doors to make Queen BR and Bath private. This location is sought after for it's convenience to everything The Villages has to offer.

The hot tub!! You'd be surprised at how often you use it (we do every night when there). Great way to unwind after a busy "Villages Day".
