The house was amazing, clean, stocked with all the necessities, and close to everything we wanted to do during our stay in Balboa and Newport Beach. Good communication with the host and we will definitely stay here again!

We were locked out of the house at 10:30pm on the first night and the phone call was really complicated with the person we spoke to. The AC didn’t work for the entire stay so it was really hot. Our check in was at 4 but they didnt give us a door code for it until I reached out to ask about 30 minutes later, but it wasn’t ready.Other than those things, it’s a really cute area and neighborhood. I think this place is a bit dated but definitely good if your looking for something simple in the Balboa Island area

Plenty of room, plenty of quiet

Semi annual trip with friends. Location makes it easy to walk to shops, ferry to beach & pier, and local restaurants. Newport Beach Vacations was super about keeping us up to date on responsibilities without it feeling like a burden. They helped make it a better vacation.
