The location is amazing and the unit was very bright and airy. The floorplan is perfect and allowed privacy for all guests. I highly recommend this place!

Comfortable stay for family of 4

This place was the best one we stayed in Newport for sure. Of course, it helped that only four of us stayed in this house. We are frequent visitors to Newport Beach/Balboa are and by far this home was our favorite. Enjoyed our long extended week stay and would consider it again next time.

Great Place and Location

Property was clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. Great to find a property with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Didn't have any issues so I never contacted management. Highly recommend.

Great Stay in Newport Beach!

This property was amazing! Such a great price for a 4/3 in walking distance to the beach. Everything was close by. The only negative I would give it is that the master is right on the main road so you get a lot of car noise all night. Remember to bring ear plugs or a white noise machine/app if you aren't used to that. The other bedrooms were quiet. We would definitely book again. A HUGE plus was the garage!

Family Spring Break

We had an amazing vacation. The property was just perfect for our family of 5. We were so comfortable with all the amenities. We went to the beach everyday and used the available beach chairs. The location was excellent. We would definitely stay again. The deck was a great place to drink our morning coffee. It was a great place to spend our spring break. Thank you so much!

Perfect Summer Beach house!

The location of this house is perfect with easy access to the beach, pier, and local grocery store. It was spacious and the central air made the evening perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and BBQ. The check-in/check-out was seamless. This is a gem of a house with everything you need to enjoy beautiful Newport Beach! We will stay again!

Perfect for Extended Families

This was the perfect home for a 70th BD celebration, a block to the beach, and within an easy walk to Newport Pier and parks. The bedroom/bath layout is well suited for grandparents to share with their kids and grandkids - giving privacy for all. Very clean and well appointed. Management was prompt and accommodating. Suggest walking north on the beach at low tide in the morning to collect shells. We would definitely return for another visit.

Beach getaway

The property was great. Everything was very clean and lots of room for a group of 6 to 8 people. Enjoyed the balcony and easy acess to the Road being the corner house but very close to the beach. Early check in would have been nice because we Flew in from out of town and had little ones but there was absolutely no exceptions as to arrival early.

Get away from the cold!

There were 3 couples that stayed, 3 siblings and our spouses. There was plenty of room and privacy for us all. Comfortable beds and we all had our own bathrooms. The location was great as we walked to most places, with the beach one block away. We will definitely use this property to rent another time.

Girls trip

Property very well appointed.,clean and homey. Located near restaurants and other amenities. Traffic somewhat of an issue at night. Could not find an iron and blow dryers get VERY hot and likely need replaced. Overall we loved the house and are looking at returning again next year!

Loud street

Good: short walk to the beach, roomy place that was very clean. Bad: this place is on a corner next to a busy, loud road. Even at night it’s loud.The kitchen was not well stocked & was short of glasses and no way to store food. Be aware there are no spices or condiments of any kind. The kitchen faucet water never gets cold. Overall, overpriced for what you get.

Wonderful condo

My family had a very nice week at this Vrbo. Just a couple minutes from the sand and walking distance to the grocery store and many restaurants. Plenty of bath and beach towels provided as well as toilet paper. The only downside was the road noise at night in the master. We had read that it could be a problem so brought a sound machine but even with that on and the fan I was still woken many times a night by loud cars and motorcycles. The master bedroom also does not get very dark as there is a window without blinds and a really bright street light outside. That said I would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Yellow house

Overall nice place good amount of room. Needs door knob that stays on master bedroom. The dishwasher is insanely loud, the toaster only works on one side and the trash was full the whole week we were there. No ice production or water out of the fridge. Toilet paper holder broke. Sink leaked. Beds a bit stiff.some of the chairs on sight were broke or not useable. Good location. Good air conditioning. Nice having 2 parking spots. Like the outdoor patio.

Upstairs Newport

The place is very spacious and sleeps the 6 adults and two young children very comfortably. There are three full baths and a laundry room on the private second floor which is also very close to the beach in a very simple walk. Plenty of garage space as well! We parked full size Tahoe and a four-door sedan with ease in the secure garage. If there was one area, and seriously only one area, for improvement it would be for bathroom towels. We don't ever expect the Four Seasons, but we do think an upgrade here is needed. We decided to use the supplied beach towels instead! Much better!! Food and grocery stores are within a few blocks walk along with a Cold Stone! All in all a very nice place.

Loved it

This place was great. Photos were accurate. It’s been updated and was lovely. It worked comfortably for our party of 8. Property management company was responsive, professional, and helpful. Highly recommend. That said, there are a few things to be aware of:- if you’re a foodie and like to cook, this might not be the place for you. They have enough equipment to get by, but that’s about it. No mixing bowls, no crock pot, no grilling tools, etc. we weren’t there to cook so it worked fine for us. - The property is on Balboa Blvd, and you can hear the road noise in the master bedroom all night. You get used to it after a couple of days, but just be aware it’s there. - The master bedroom has a cool skylight type window on the wall that faces North. The property across the alleyway has a motion activated security light that goes on and off all night and lights up the master bedroom through that window. You also get used to that but it takes longer. It would be great if they do something to fix that. Anyway- still highly recommend, just know what you’re getting.
