Quick overnight stay

Location was great for where we needed to be the next day. Property was nice, new and very clean! Thanks for a great stay!

Super clean, but we were completely locked out and unable to check in at 1 AM when our flight landed and was delayed. It took an hour for a resolve. There were 2 towels for a 4 day stay, and amenities are slim to none. It’s by the lake but we had 2 bath towels for the entire stay with no option for lake towels. Luckily it’s by a target but we had to buy quite a bit of stuff.

The room was clean, and the location near the lake was great! However, there were a couple of things that could have made our stay more enjoyable. We received an overwhelming number of messages leading up to and throughout our stay, which became a bit frustrating. A single, organized message with all check-in/check-out instructions, access codes, and important details would have been much more helpful. With so many messages coming through daily, it was difficult to go back and locate the information we needed.Additionally, the room was very hot when we arrived and remained relatively warm throughout both days of our stay, making it difficult to get completely comfortable.Overall, the cleanliness and location were definite positives, but a more streamlined communication process and better temperature control would have made for a much better experience.
