Hip & Stylish East Hampton Getaway

This well-designed contemporary beach house with three bedrooms and two baths sits on an acre of blissful privacy. This vacation rental is located in East Hampton NW woods, 4 miles from East Hampton Village and 1.5 miles from Sammy's Beach. Close enough to it all, yet removed enough to feel like you're on a real vacation.

The house features a large modern living area with high ceiling and fireplace, opening out on to a grand master deck with gas BBQ. Indoor / outdoor living, great for entertaining. The kitchen and adjacent dining room are connected to a sun-room/breezeway leading to an attached one car garage. There is a master bedroom with en-suite and and a fireplace on one wing of the house, the master bedroom has a view of the deck and grounds. The two guest bedrooms are on the other wing, one looking out on to the deck and ground.

Lovely landscaping surrounds the grounds and a manicured stone pathway leads to the pool. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement.

Great stay once again

This was my third time at Patty’s place and once again the family and I had a great time! We love the house, the deck, the pool and the area. The house has everything you will need and Patty is a great communicator.

This house was perfect for a week with our family of four. It is centrally located between Sag Harbor and downtown East Hampton, in a very quiet neighborhood and street. The layout is fantastic, pool is outstanding and very clean. The host was easy to deal with and very clear on instructions.

Perfect East Hampton getaway

The house was perfect for our family of four to enjoy all the Hamptons has to offer. It is beautiful, with stylish and comfortable furnishings. The pool, deck, and backyard were inviting, relaxing, and stunning. We had BBQs, played board games on the deck, and even enjoyed some nighttime swims. We also sailed in nearby Sag Harbor and surfed in Montauk. This is a perfect location for everything.

Gorgeous house. Perfect location. Beautiful pool

Patty was a great hostess and 4 hollow tree lane is a beautiful property. Also for a holiday rental everything was so well stocked, full larder so we didnt have to buy things like olive oil and spices etc which always get left behind. The pool is a great size and its heated too which eas great for the cooler days. Location is excellent. Just overall very happy with out stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you Patty.

Another great stay!

This was our second year staying here and once again we enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of space for my family and I. The owner within the past year replaced the deck and the stairs leading to the pool and it looks fabulous! Speaking of the pool, thanks to the hot weather we’ve been experiencing in the East, the water temperature was perfect. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and it’s a quick drive to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and beaches. We look forward to returning next year!

Perfect Stay

We had a wonderful week here. The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Location is wonderfully quiet and private while being a quick drive from east Hampton and sag harbor. The yard and deck are beautiful and the pool is perfect for floating in the sun. Check in/out was super easy and patty was very helpful and responsive. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking at home should you choose to. We loved every minute here and were very sad to leave!

Great location

Location is great! 10ish minutes to the beach, bay, hiking, EH and Amagansett squares. Kitchen is well equipped. Deck is a highlight. It’s large and pretty with grill, dining and seating areas. Pool feels new and outdoor property is maintained. Interior is stylish, and master bed is very comfortable. Everything is very clean and updated. Patty is very responsive and nice. You’ll enjoy your stay.

East Hampton Excellence!

We arrived to a beautifully decorated contemporary home located in the Northwest Harbor neighborhood of East Hampton. The immaculate home with a completely outfitted kitchen and salt water heated pool offered a relaxing escape just ten minutes to the town of East Hampton as well as the beach. Patty, the host was instantly accessible for all questions and requests. We shall be back!

The Perfect Stay!

This house is exactly as described and pictured. It’s beautiful! Patty was an awesome host, making sure we were all set and had everything we needed. The house was fully stocked, the backyard/pool area was so nice and private. We really enjoyed pool time. Given how warm it’s been, we didn’t even need to turn on the heat in the pool. The location was a quick drive to stores, restaurants and local beaches and a short drive to Sag Harbor. We absolutely enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay again!

A Treasure in the Hamptons

Everything was perfect, this house has everything -- from the kitchen to every electronic device, pool chairs and towels, and the most gorgeous pool with chaises. For the nights we cooked, we ate on the main deck which was lovely. Linens were soft, furniture cozy for hanging out, loved the housekeeping team we used twice. Every photo of this property is accurate and while the location was a bit in the woods, we loved it and it was easy to drive to East Hampton, Sag Harbor, Amagansett and Montauk for dinners and shopping. Thank you Patricia for a vacation we will not forget!

Beautiful hidden house in the woods

This is the perfect house for absolute zen! You’re in the middle of the forest in a well maintained modern house & fire place for nigh-times & rainy days. Patty , was a pleasure! She was very attentive , welcoming and the check-in was VERY smooth. Some other great things to note about the property; - close to everything beach, sag harbor, east Hampton village and more. - the showers / bathrooms in the house are gorgeous & well designed - the pool is heated & gets plenty of sun all day which is rare being in the forest . Overall we had a great stay! Only recommendation to the owner is to get a pair of bikes to ride around & enjoy the surrounding area and close hidden parks / beaches. Overall 5-star! Thanks for having us!

Our happy place

We’ve been spending 2 weeks in the Hamptons every summer for the last 3 years. This was the first summer my husband and I went alone. We dropped our youngest off at college the day before we left. We’re familiar with the area but this was the first time we stayed at this property. Everything about it was perfect. It was beautifully decorated, was well stocked with quality appliances (I bought a Nespresso as soon as I got home - thank you Patty), dinnerware, flatware, towels, sheets and the pool is amazing. And having access to the garage was a bonus. We’re not sure yet if our sons will be able to join us next summer but if it’s just us again and the boys come in shifts we will definitely rent again - this property is perfect!

Happy House

Patty was a great host and was always super fast to reply to questions. This is a great house in a quiet wooded neighborhood. The house was clean and well appointed. The renovated bathrooms were a pleasure., the kitchen was well equipped and well stocked. Towels and Linens were of good quality and there is plenty of space in drawers and closets. This house is light and airy with a happy vacation vibe!

The Best Ever Experience on VRBO (or on any vacation property)

This house was not only exactly as advertised but better! Well appointed, hip and stylish furniture, well situated, huge outdoor deck overlooking the lovely salt water heated pool plus another deck off the kitchen. Everything in the house is like new, it appears that it has been recently renovated. The bathrooms are modern and spectacular. But the best part is the responsiveness of Patty, the owner, who answered every question literally within minutes. I'm not sure it would have been possible to have been any more responsive! If you want to get away from it all yet be close enough to the beach and the restaurants in the area, then this is the place.

A lovely week

We loved the property and everything was perfectly arranged -spent a lot of time on the oversized deck- had almost all our meals outside. And of course many hours poolside - and great size for doing laps. Could have stayed for a week or two more!

Perfect home and setting to relax!

My husband, adult son and I had a lovely stay. It was clear that the owner made an effort to provide us with the essentials and then some. The house was very clean and well appointed - we especially enjoyed the living room, pool area and deck. The owner's house manual was simple to understand and helpful. The house is a short drive to a supermarket, good restaurants, beaches and shopping.

Magnificent Chic and Private spot

A glorious one week experience of complete recharge in this fabulous chic house. We knew it was going to be special when Patricia texted us before we arrived to welcome and let us know the house is ready and a bottle of rose is waiting in the fridge (a delicious French one I might add). We loved every second of our stay and Patricia answered within 4 minutes any question we had. It was a hot day when we arrived and as soon as we opened the door we were hooked - the house was spotless, exuding freshness, temperature was perfect, the white furniture against the light brown wooden floors added elegance. I ran immediately to check the pool, which to my delight was larger and more beautiful than captured on the online photos - needless to say we spent lots of time in the pool swimming, sipping cocktails and birdwatching. Evenings were special around the BBQ. We took full advantage of the great kitchen and we cooked daily, with fresh ingredients from the numerous farmers’ markets and seafood from Citarella. The bedrooms were great and the silence of the night perfect after months in lockdown in noisy Manhattan. Absolutely loved the shower and the Aesop soap! It is a magnificent house and we lived all the little touches which made us feel very welcome and special. Thank you Patricia for a fab stay! We are planning to come again next year.
