Nice place to stay with lots of beds. Convenient to North Conway, Echo Lake State Park and Storyland, which our 3 and 4 year old grandchildren loved. Didn’t use the hot tub as the weather was too warm.

We had an excellent stay here. House had plenty of space, well maintained, clean. Very ideal location close to all we wanted to explore in North Conway. Owners were very quickly responsive to any questions that we had. Great view of Mount Washington peak from the living room and master bedroom.

A great stay accommodating 8 adults and 4 toddlers with no issues. 4 full baths were a definite plus. Everything was nice and clean. provided easy access to town and trails. Area restaurants were easy to access. Even had a bear visit our firepit. Suggestion include notice of trash day pickup in details book on property.

The house was as described and quite lovely. We really enjoyed ourselves and the peace and quiet. Close to town for dinner and activities. We had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are super comfortable. Thank you!

The property was awesome and very kid friendly, including toys for young kids, plates/cups/high chair/ crib! Our kids loved the play set and hot tub! We all had a great time and are already planning to rent the property again!

Lots of space for a large group and great location in North Conway. Comfortable beds. Really nice view with good outdoor space. House needs some TLC. Hot tub was broken, said it needed its filter changed. Front door automatic lock was dead. House was not super clean. Swing set was broken and house advertises a grill but then doesn’t provide propane.

We're glad the space, location, view, and beds worked well for your group. We're sorry the house didn't feel fully ready for you. We didn't realize the hot tub filters needed changing until you were on site, though we do service it after every visit, and we replaced the front door lock as soon as we learned it wasn't working. Our cleaners go through after each visit, but things can get missed on same-day turnovers. The grill is provided but propane isn't, as noted in our guest information, though tanks at the house can be filled nearby. The swing set canopy had come loose in high winds, and we went out and secured it right after hearing about it, finding nothing else wrong.

Ski vacation

Overall, the house was a great set up for our family ski trip. It was close to everything and we loved having the game room to enjoy. Communication with the owner was easy and we enjoyed our stay.

Very nicely furnished and well stocked kitchen. Had both a coffee pot and single cup brewer, microwave, air fryer, and big stove/oven. Was very clean upon arrival. Very spacious with lots of room (and bathrooms) for our 3 combined families (6 adults, 5 young children). Really loved having the game/play room and the hot tub for relaxing at the end of the day. We had a few questions at arrival and the host was very helpful and fast to respond (via text). Highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!
