WALK to North Conway Village (only 0.4 miles). Lots of locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores (including the infamous Zebs Country Store), the rec center, the Conway Scenic Railway, the North Conway Country Club and golf course, a Library, and Schouler Park!
Schouler Park offers a splash park, playground, weekend craft fairs, farmers markets, fireworks on the 4th of July, seasonal music programs under the stars, and many other events throughout the seasons.
SKIING - 0.4 miles to Cranmore Mountain.
PARKING - off street parking with a large driveway that will accommodate 5+ vehicles.
PROXIMITY - just a short walk to Town and/or Minutes by car to tax-free outlet shopping, the Community Center with splash park, golfing, hiking trails, swimming holes, Echo Lake, Diana's Baths, Story Land and so much more!
SIZE - 2,912 sf split level home. Fully renovated in 2015 with an open concept kitchen, dining & living area.
3 Smart TV's (2 - 50" and 1 - 32"); offering free On Demand movies/shows and music with the Spectrum App. Or easily sign into your personal apps.
2 FIREPLACES (a gas log with remote control & a gas log stove with thermostat).
KITCHEN/DINING - stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas range, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser in the door, and a large island with seating for four. Dining room table seats 8. The open concept kitchen/dining room has a total seating for twelve. Fully stocked with service for 12+ and pretty much everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal!
MAIN BEDROOM - a king size bed, TV, 5 piece en suite with bubble tub, separate shower and dual vanities.
2ND BEDROOM - Upstairs. Queen size bed with bathroom across the hall with a shower.
3RD & 4TH BEDROOMS - Downstairs each with a full-size bed and bunk beds. A full-size bathroom with tub/shower combo.
LINENS - Bed linens including comforters and blankets are provided. All beds have mattress protectors and pillowcase protectors. The beds are made & ready for your arrival.
GAMEROOM downstairs with a pool table, a 50" Smart TV and a gas log stove. Perfect for watching the game or for the kids to enjoy a movie!
WASHER/DRYER is located downstairs.
MUDROOM is downstairs just off of the garage. A great place to unload after a day of outside activities!
GAS GRILL - a large grill is located on the back deck overlooking the large backyard. Perfect for enjoying a beverage while grilling and watching the kids play.
BACKYARD PATIO has plenty of outside seating, a fire pit, and horseshoes. Backyard games provided include bocce ball, a football, a soccer ball, and frisbees.
INTERNET speed 1 GIG w/Advanced WIFI.
PETS are welcome but must be pre-approved, in advance of booking.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
You are NOT required to do any laundry. You are NOT required to make used beds.
Keys are left at the property on your way out the door. No extra trip back to the Property Management Company. We are an owner operated property.
You are NOT required to go to the dump. Place your trash in the bins provided in the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please bring your slippers/inside shoes as we ask that no outside shoes be worn inside our home. We strive to maintain a clean and comfortable home.
Please supervise children when they use the pool table to prevent holes in the wall, ceiling, tears in the fabric, and broken pool cues/sticks.
We require the names of all overnight guests. We require a signed Rental Agreement.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish, and they were incredibly flexible with our arrival, which made our trip so much easier. The house itself is beautifully maintained and had everything we needed-fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and linens, and all the amenities you could ask for. Our kids especially loved the games provided, with the pool table being a big hit! The location is perfect, within walking distance to town. A great spot for a family!

A great choice for a family gathering! The house is set up quite well for little ones with plenty of sleeping and entertaining space. Location is great as well. Perfect Family Getaway

Steve and Karen’s cozy and welcoming home is a North Conway gem. Ideal location to Cranmore mountain and the center of town yet it is situated in a quite neighborhood. We moved to New Hampshire in 2009 from Texas following Steve's retirement from the Fire Department after 25 years of service.
We chose the North Conway area as Steve fell in love with the White Mountains as a child during family camping trips. Steve grew up in MA and I grew up the daughter of a career military father.
We reside locally in Bartlett, NH with our two boys, Stewie and Fred (both hypoallergenic Schnoodles)!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property with the intent to rehab it and sell it. We redesigned the floor plan from a dated split level to a relaxing and comfortable space with an open concept living/dining/kitchen area. However, after a couple of years of renovation we fell in love with it and didn't want to sell it! Great location and close to everything, whether walking or driving!

What makes this property unique

Perfect for a lovely stroll to Town with the kids and the dogs!
Walking distance to local restaurants and shops and Cranmore Mountain!
Walking distance to Whittaker Woods trail entrance on Oak Street.
A beautiful, treed lot makes it a serene location for relaxing in the spacious backyard after a day of hiking, tubing, golfing, skiing or shopping.
