With a private outdoor oasis, complete with a pool, spa, grill, OutDoor TV, patio heater, patio furniture and dining table, you’ll truly have everything you need to enjoy the Arizona weather no matter the season. Walk to play a round of golf, watch an event at the famous on site TPC Scottsdale, or a short Trip (3 miles) to Westworld and explore local events like Barrett Jackson or the Arabian Horse Show!! 3 miles to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter with shops, cafes, and live entertainment from this 3,200-square-ft luxury home!



Please Note:

The maximum # of guests is 6 adults and up to two dependent children

We require a security deposit of $1500.00 that must be paid prior to your stay. This deposit will be refunded after departure within 7 days if there are not any damage claims.

If you request for the pool to be heated the fee of $120/night.

Easter getaway

Warren was great. He called about a week before to give me a heads up on the property and helped to identify some of his favorite golf courses in the area. The house was as described, we enjoyed the spa and outdoor areas. The bedrooms were great, roomy and comfortable beds.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this Scottsdale property. Warren and his property manager Kai took the time to make us feel comfortable in the home even greeting us at arrival for a quick tour to get familiar with all the house had to offer. Perfect location being so close to the Fairmont Princess on the TPC Stadium golf course. It's a 5-minute uber ride to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter outdoor malls which have fantastic restaurants and shopping. Thank you again to our hosts for this great home for a family vacation, we will be back!

Close to everything, warm & welcoming

My daughter and I were in North Scottsdale on business and enjoyed renting this home for nearly two weeks. We did not get to enjoy all the amenities the home offers but we did feel very welcomed and safe. Kai, the property manger was extremely attentive and helpful. If you're looking for a nice, quiet and comfortable home within minutes of great food this is the home to rent. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Chris and the team were very helpful and very communicative before our arrival, and check-in went smoothly. The house is great, had everything we needed for a group of seven friends in town for a wedding. The neighborhood is built pretty tight together but was not a problem at all for us. Our group was all close friends so we made it work, however this could be an issue for others: Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom and a queen bedroom. It's clear that the latter was originally built to be an office, not a bedroom. The way it's laid out, the occupants of queen bedroom have to walk through the master bedroom to use the upstairs shower, toilet, etc. There is a half bath immediately downstairs that our queen occupants used at night. But all-in-all we were happy with the house and would rent again.

Great location and clean. Looked like the pictures. Kitchen is well labelled. There was some trouble heating the pool/spa for a little over a day until a maintenance person arrived - unfortunately we were still charged the full heating price. The kids tried going in the spa but were still very cold and didn't just long. There is an odd reverse lock with a code on the interior garage door that if accidentally (what happened to us) locked then you can't get out of the house - seemed like a strange fire hazard to have in a vacation rental. We couldn't leave to get to our car for dinner plans. Thankfully the owner got back to the property manager to help us out. Backyard is great. Small and well maintained. The only downfall was that it barely gets any sun. If you're looking for a shaded yard then it's great! We were all looking for some sun so we were a bit disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay at the home. The house was very clean and well labeled. Everything worked as advertised. Our concierge Maureen accommodated our schedule to meet us at the house upon arrival and walked through all of the features. Ideal location with easy access to Fairmont Princess, Kierland and many restaurants and golf.

The luxury pool and spa area will soon become your favorite place to the spend the days. While everyone splashes around in the pool, you can whip up a zesty barbecue dinner on the gas grill and then gather everyone to eat out in the fresh air! Start up the outdoor 55-inch Smart TV to watch a game or show while leaning back with a favorite refreshment.
Whenever the weather isn’t fairing, you won’t be lack for entertainment. Cuddle in front of one of the 3 indoor flat-screen Smart TVs with cable, play a board game on one of the 2 dining tables, or warm up in front of the gas fireplace with a good book.

The fully equipped kitchen, complete with ample granite counters, high-end appliances, and natural wood cabinetry is the perfect place to put your culinary skills to the test. Keep the chef company on the breakfast bar as a fabulous, home-cooked meal cooks in the oven.

Come nighttime, sleep is sure to come easy in any of the 4 bedrooms, but you’ll have to fight over the 2 master bedrooms, one of which has direct access to the outdoor oasis, while the other boasts a private balcony.
