As you arrive, you'll be welcomed by the meditation garden, a serene space designed to help you unwind and reconnect with nature. Spacious & Comfortable Living Areas
The main level welcomes you with a bright, airy living room featuring a large flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player—perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day on the water. A full bathroom on this level adds to the convenience. Step outside onto the screened-in porch, where ample seating invites you to enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails or relax surrounded by nature. The adjacent deck features a large gas grill, making outdoor cooking a breeze.
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for hosting. It has two full-size refrigerators, a large center island, a dining table that seats six, and two additional barstools at the kitchen island. House Rules for Your Stay
Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.
Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.
Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.
No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.
Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.
Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.
