This family friendly vacation condo sits directly on the beach with amazing views & walking distance to Pier Park. Our well-equipped condo is located in the Tidewater Resort on the 28th floor directly facing the water, allowing unobstructed breath taking sunset & beach views.

This 2 bedroom condo is huge, with 1593 sq ft. It features an open floor plan. The Master Bedroom suite is huge with a King sized bed and Bistro table & chairs facing a 3 panel picture window that will completely WOW you with beach views to the east & west. Second bedroom has 2 queen beds & large window that has a view of city. Full size sofa bed in the living room.

Make a splash in one of 2 huge amazing pools, swim inside in our heated pool, exercise in our 4300 sq ft beachfront fitness room with Roman Spa, spend the day soaking in our many hot tubs or steam/sauna rooms or cook some BBQ by the pool. At the end of the day, make sure to catch the beautiful sunset that seems to melt into the water-always unique & breathtaking experience.

Resort Amenities include:
• 2 outdoor gulf front pools
• 1 indoor heated pool (1 of few resorts that have an indoor pool)
• saunas & steam room
• Onsite restaurant
• Fitness center
• Movie Theater
• 4 hot tubs

Additional Information for Renting this Property:
• Signed Rental Agreement & identification required within 24 hrs. of booking.
• You must be at least 25 years old to book this property; under no circumstances can it be rented for an underage (25 or younger) person(s).
• Guest is responsible for registering with Tidewater Resort & paying their Resort Fee, $54.04 (includes tax), before 24hrs of arriving; this fee covers parking & resort amenities for your entire stay. Detailed resort registration instructions will be sent prior to your arrival.
• This property requires a $500 security deposit; this is not a charge against your card credit, just a hold. At the end of the rental period, if the rental property is returned undamaged beyond normal wear and tear, the Security Deposit will be released in full within five (5) business days.
• Sharing our vacation home with you is about making YOUR vacation a positive and memorable experience, which is why we want to make sure you have no concerns with any of our house rules included in our rental agreement:

• No Smoking or Vaping inside the unit or on the balcony. • No parties allowed inside the unit.
• Only the approved reservation guests, listed in our rental agreement, can occupy this unit. • The balcony sliding doors need to be kept closed, except for entering and exiting the balcony. Keeping the doors open for extended periods of time negatively affects indoor humidity levels.

Spring break

We loved staying at Tidewater and this condo. The views were amazing and it had everything available that we needed. The master bed was so comfortable and we loved relaxing on the sectional. We will definitely look at staying here again next time we go to PCB.

This was a beautiful condo with a great view!! It was cleans and so spacious! We really enjoyed it!

Easy check-in Great location Beautiful view The only thing that would have made it better would have been a few coffee K-Cups and a bit of dish soap. Hated running the dishwasher for just a few dishes.

Amazing vacation

I can not say strongly enough that this experience was by far my best when booking a home away from home. I book somewhere every year . I will be making this my new vacation spot . The condo was amazing and better than any picture that was posted. The care from the owner Laura was above and beyond. She kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. The view is perfect . The amenities were great. The entire stay was Just phenomenal. I’ll be back soon!

Short Spring Break Trip

The only issue was elevators. There was always a wait especially if you were using carts. For the most part the facility does assist with operators during busy days or check-ins so be on island time and plan accordingly if you have a larger group. We had a group of four so wait wasn’t terrible and we avoided parking garage elevator all together. The unit we rented was great and as described. Definitely will consider this place when returning.

Room and view was amazing. Laura was awesome and answered all questions I had prior to arriving. Only complaint was the elevator waits but that’s not the owners fault. High volume times were 3-8pm so we took the stairs a few times definitely not recommended but due to very long elevator wait times it was worth it. Staff at facility was great trying to correct the wait times best they could by overriding them but still long. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Unit

I absolutely loved this unit. Very clean and well kept from dishes to pots and pans. They looked brand new. Beautiful décor. I never had a unit that had beach chairs and umbrellas for you to use. I have stayed at Tidewater numerous times, and this is my favorite thus far. I would definitely rent this unit again and plan to do so in the future. Very friendly owner whom I kept in touch with throughout the process. Thank you Thank you!

Awesome view in a very comfortable and well-maintained condo!

Beautiful place to stay. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. All the furnishings are modern and well maintained. The ocean views from both the master bedroom and the balcony are mesmerizing! Access to the beach is right out the back door on the ground floor. Dealing with the elevators can be a little frustrating at times, but that was nothing to overshadow all the great things about staying here. We’ve made some great memories this past week, and hope to come back here in the future. The owner of this condo was a pleasure to deal with. She provided very clear communication about the condo itself, the building, parking garage, etc. and was very quick to respond to questions. I would definitely recommend Tidewater 2808.

Great Location!

I chose Tidewater 2808 due to it being close to Pier Park. The condo was beautiful and exactly as presented. We loved the condo and the location. The view from the living room was incredible but I really enjoyed having the view from the master bedroom, as well. I had two teenage boys with me so the second bedroom having two beds was perfect. The master bedroom's bathroom is huge! I read multiple reviews complaining about the elevators. We had minimal wait times but that may have been due to traveling in October as opposed to peak summer season. The condo staff were very friendly and helpful. We had no issues getting into the condo and I can't speak on any issues being addressed quickly as we did not have any issues. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Very nice condo

My wife and I were pleased to see that the condo was as nice as the pictures and description led us to believe. The owner was very quick respond when I contacted her with a minor issue (beeping smoke detector like back-up battery was weak-it happens) didn’t hesitate to contact her maintenance guy and get him involved. This part isn’t meant as a ding on condo, but if you do much cooking, take your own knives and check with owner ahead of time to be sure the kitchen has what you need. It is stocked, but not sure the last time it was inventoried. Saying that, we would definitely stay again. As far as the elevators go, you’re on vacation, relax and be patient. When it’s super busy, the staff take over the elevators to speed it along as best they can.

Top notch condo

Usually make a couple of trips to PCB each years. This is the best condo hands down that we have had in years. Very clean, everything in order, very nice owner. Would definitely recommend!
