Shops, restaurants and fishing under 1 mile away! Tidewater Beach Resort is a world-class, centrally-located condominium resort. Everything you need is on-site or less than a mile away! 2 Golf courses and numerous mini-golf nearby.

Enjoy watching the sunrise AND sunset from your own private balcony and relax to the sound of the wind and the waves. Condo is on the 27th floor, center of the beach. You won't hear any street or pool noise, just the waves crashing on the beach! Restaurant and tiki bar on site, coffee shop, store, arcade, rent jet skis, relax on the beach. Fishing, golf, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Attached covered parking for 2 vehicles. Recent elevator upgrades. New (June 2024) front load washer and dryer! Starter supplies of amenities included, I've got you covered! All linens and towels are luxurious.

*BONUS-Free use of property facilities (including the beach and parking garage) all day on both check-in and check-out days! Check-in early and use the property restrooms and locker room to change and relax at the pool or on the beach while you wait for the condo to be cleaned. And, I always let my guests know if the condo is ready early. Come stay to see to experience the difference!

Amy's condo is spectacular! Beautifully furnished. Well stocked with kitchen items, beach items. Furniture was comfortable. Amy was great communicating prior, at check-in, during our stay and departure day. We had the best time!! Would love to book it again!

Beautiful condo on beautiful beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Amy’s condo. So many thoughtful details— everything needed was provided for our sunny beach getaway. Super clean, beautiful views and comfortable beds on a beautiful beach. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Beautiful Condo

Condo is very nice, beautifully decorated and had a lot of extras you normally don’t get in rentals. It’s a little piece of heaven inside a big resort. Very close to everything you could possibly want to do in Panama City Beach. The host was very nice and quick to reply with answers. We will definitely return and recommend this condo to everyone.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was very pretty and nicely decorated. All our needs were very thought out and had everything we needed and more. Our kids ages 5-11 really enjoyed staying here and did not want to leave. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and though construction is happening to the road out front it had little impact to our stay. Wait times for elevators can be somewhat long but fully expected given the time of year, so we planned accordingly. Will definitely stay here again.

Panama City Beach has something for everyone! I chose this beach front condo so you can relax on the beach without the hassle of having to drive and find parking. But on the days when you want more, you can walk to shopping, restaurants and the fishing pier where you can stroll the pier and watch people fishing. Just a short drive away are golf courses, Shipwreck Water Park, Marine World, mini-golf and countless water sports. Visit one of the 2 state parks or rent a charter boat. There's scuba diving and snorkeling available at dozens of offshore artificial reefs. You'll want to come back again and again!
