Beach Escape

This unit has the best view of any hotel we've ever stayed in. The rooms, pools and staff were excellent. A short walk to Barefoot Landing, this is an ideal spot to stay for a family vacation!

Condo offered plenty of space for a multi family vacation. Disappointed that 2nd refrigerator was not in condo as advertised. But, pool table was fun and kitchen was well stock. Had a few minor maintenance issues that were cleared up quickly. Check in/out process was seamless.

Windy Hill Dunes was a very spacious Condo on the 18th floor Penthouse. The only issue was that the Balcony was very narrow and the wind was always blowing hard.

For future guests, we would like to note that this review appears to reference a different property. The reviewer identifies the property as "Windy Hill Dunes," a resort where we do not manage any accommodations. Because the review references a different property and unit description, we have contacted the review platform regarding these inaccuracies.

Family vacation

The room was as advertised and the pool area was great. There were slight cleaning issues with the room but nothing that was overwhelming or needed to be called in. The off site check-in/checkout-out is a little inconvenient, but the staff was very friendly. Communication prior to arrival is not very good at all, sometimes having to wait multiple days for a response. Once we were checked in, any questions/issues were answered immediately. Part of our trip included free entry into multiple area attractions which we took advantage of and it was very easy to redeem. By far the biggest issue with the resort is the elevator situation. There are not even close to being enough elevators in the building, not to mention there is no service elevator for the staff. There were multiple elevators out of service during our entire 7 day stay. There were times we waited 15-20 minutes to use an elevator. Taking stairs was not an option for my parents who are unable to use them. Overall the trip was fantastic and I would recommend the resort to friends and family. I would give a rating of 4.5 stars because of the elevators and off site check/in, but it doesn’t do half’s so it’s a 5.

The place was amazing and perfect for our family. We had a wonderful time, the only thing that was different was having to go to a separate location and worry about getting there on time to get our keys and parking passes, etc. coming from far. We worried about traffic and missing the time. Other than that everything was wonderful. You were amazing and the beaches were amazing. Amazing. Would definitely stay there again.
