Best vacations and ever

Everything was amazing we will definitely come back the only thing that I did not like it it was that the condo had to much sand on the furniture but other than that it was just great 👍

Great stay

Love North Myrtle itrip!

1604-morth beach towers

master bedroom is good, kitchen and den in good shape but kitchen floor molding needs to be replaced..appears to have some rot….hallway as you enter needs some drywall work and entire condo needs a fresh coat of paint…bedrooms 2 and 3 are very dark, need light fresh coat of paint and lighting to brighten up…a few days of tlc would bring it up to top notch standards…Needs smart tv in den—old technology in there now….

When we got there outside lights didn’t work shower doors in one room bout to fall off. Lost power cause of hurricane. Only got to use pool one day cause hurricane messed pool up. Elevator was broke cause of storm.

Condo in serious need of Repair and cleaning.

The location is nice but the property needs alot of work. Enamel in bathtubs missing and rusted metal showing. Area rugs look they have not been cleaned in years ,spots everywhere. Walls had black marks throughout. Small appliances did not work well. Bed skirts where absolutely filthy on all beds. Would not recommend this property without alot of work being done to it. Not the same property advertised in the pictures.

Great Resort, Good Room

While North Beach Plantation is still our favorite Myrtle Beach location to stay, this room would not be on our return list. The room accommodations were sufficient for our family of 5; however, the cleanliness of the room upon arrival and general upkeep of the unit was not on par with most units on the property. Undersized televisions with missing remotes, worn deck carpet, and stained bathroom caulking are examples of what needs to be addressed on the unit. The management of the property however was very responsive. He attempted to address the issues as best he could in an efficient manner and waived the cleaning fees. We will definitely return to North Beach Plantation, but will not plan to revisit this specific unit unless updated and refreshed.

first time north beach resort

Resort was clean and in a great area .We had a couple of issues they were fixed in 2 days Be aware that the one issue of shower door was not fixed so that one only used for sink and toilet. Lots of hot water' water pressure good and wifi great. .Make sure to bring extra dishwasher pods as they gave you 2 start and there were only 7 glasses and 7 forks so we ran the dishwasher after every meal. A helpful hint when cooking use back burners the vent over stove does not cover front two burners so smoke alarm kept going off

Habe versucht, Speck anzubraten, sofort alle Rauchmelder angegangen! Abluft am Herd völlig ohne Funktion! Service war vor Ort , angeblich alles ok, aber die ganze Woche das gleiche Problem! Wir haben dann die Melder abgebaut und Batterien entfernt!! Ich wurde gefragt , ob ich die Abluft versuch hätte, einzuschalten…..!

Very Nice Unit

Really enjoyed our stay - unit worked really well for family - would suggest replacing couch - several light bulbs out but maintenance very responsive and resolved quickly - the week rental for beach chairs and umbrella was fabulous and they had many small chairs there as well in the unit. Right at the elevator which was great - very quiet - kitchen well stocked - would rent again

Not worth the money

For what you pay for this condo, it was not in great shape. The pillows were barely an inch thick (one had a blood stain on the pillow case), the knob on a bathtub was falling off, mold was growing in all showers, both tubs had a rust spot in the same exact spot, and the floors were dirty upon arrival. At one point the bath tub knob fell off completely while the water was running and we couldn’t get it off. The emergency line had his voicemail full the entire week, so you had to text. He was a little rude when he texted back a while later saying he was trying to find someone. Meanwhile, since he didn’t text, I continued to call to ensure he saw it. It was almost 10pm so the water had to go off to sleep. We eventually managed to get it turned off before he could send someone. They were able to get it fixed the next day quickly. We have stayed at north beach many times. It’s our go to. Check in was much simpler than checking in at north beach itself. That was about the only pro. Next time I will book direct through them. This condo needs some work.
